Long line up like a snake and i think its normal for them given the signage. For that wait the bubble tea was just ok. Compared to Vancouver bbt tea this is a three star. But compared to other places ive had in WA this is pretty good. Bobas are not consistent though. Husband got a split drink and half of the bubbles were soft but the other half bobas were getting hard in the center. I had passion fruit green tea and thai milk tea with taro pudding. Taro pudding tasted good but the milk tea was too sweet. The passion fruit green tea on the other hand was not sweet enough. Same for my husbands original milk tea and lychee green. So if you are looking for something sweet get a milk tea but if you want something less sweet green tea is good. We waited about 15 minutes to get our drink and the place was packed with people constantly coming in. Filled with younger crowd, highschool and college. I saw that they had some games and jenga at the tables. More of a hang out for teens. Price is kind of high esp split drink was $6. Worth a try but not a place i want to sit down and hang out as it is to busy...
Read moreAs someone's whose come here consistently for the last 6 years of my life. Theres been a steady decline in quality. Let's start with the bubble tea it used to cost 3.50 for a milk tea with boba/pearls/tapioca or any topping. The price has risen to 4.25 which is what most bubble tea stores charge but the bubble tea quality doesn't warant the price increase. The crowd is aweful. If you go on a Friday or Saturday night expect to be bombarded by a bunch of local teenagers. This in itself isn't a bad thing it's their behavior. Throwing Jenga pieces and yelling obscene words at the top of their lungs. The staff used to be young adults around college age that we're enthusiastic about their job. The new employees don't seem the enjoy what they do much and it shows on both their face and the quality of food and drink.
I really love this place and I want it to be great I just don't want to see another bubble tea store close...

I got two of their specialty drinks the taro strawberry with boba and the match shake with egg pudding. The taro strawberry was incredible! The matcha was what I would expect from a blended drink, mild matcha flavor big milky taste and the added egg pudding added to the overall creaminess. It was a little pricey at $15 and change with a 15% tip but on a warm day those drinks hit the spot just be prepared to pay for it.
Right now they aren't taking cash so only swipe or tap is going to work. The service was great. I've never been and the gentleman at the counter was more than willing to answer questions, give suggestions, and make recommendations.
4/5 stars for me due to the price but overall a pleasant experience and I would recommend. If you've got a 10 spot and a need for some milk tea. Or food apparently they do take away options...
