This specific location ALWAYS waits until I arrive to even start my order because they don't want to make it because it's a pour over. I know that because I've witnessed twice now the employees discussing my drink and saying, instead of making it, that they'll ask if I really want it, ask if I want something else, or (and this was a separate time than today,) tell me that they were out of it when they weren't because they didn't want to grind the beans. Today, I saw one employee ask for the pour over (almost 15 minutes after I ordered it) and she responded, "I'll ask her." And set the drink down, not starting it. I then identified myself when I was greeted 2 minutes after that and she offered me an Americano and let me know my drink was a pour over.
I'm not one to complain publicly, that's why it's taken so long for me to say anything, but I'm just so, so disappointed with my experience with the employees here time and time again.
Please, please just don't offer the decaf pike at this location if everyone is going to make it so hard and unpleasant to get. I try to avoid this location because of how often I show up and they don't want to make it, but sometimes it's the only option on my route without making me late. And today I couldn't wait the additional time on top of the 15 minutes I already waited, so I left with nothing except a bad taste in my mouth, again.
I feel like Starbucks should strive to provide the same customer experience at each location, and I shouldn't have to go out of my way to one of the "good" ones to get the drink I want in a somewhat timely manner (again, I'm giving 15 minutes before I even ask about it and I order ahead. There are some locations who can get it out in less than 5 but I know that they take time .) I'm not asking for anything crazy, I'm not asking them to do anything outside of the scope of their job. And it's literally black coffee.
I'm finally at the point where I'll have to sacrifice some coffee days and just...
Read moreExtremely slow drive thru service all the time like others have said. However, today received the most disgusting drink ever. Grande mango dragon fruit that was a deep dark purple color with humongous chunks of sandy grainy and unprepped or stirred dragonfruit and huge accumulations of seeds all throughout, shaking the cup 100 times did not fix the drink consistency. Could not sip my drink without swallowing huge chunks of both. The taste was overly sweet and concentrated due to misuse of the ingredients. Ordered this in lieu of strawberry açaí since they were out but I’ve had this drink before and whoever prepared it needs to stop and get more training on how to make drinks. I would avoid this location due to long drive thru wait times and bad drink quality. Also, side note: don’t go during morning rush. I went 3 weeks ago and a total psycho lady cut in front of me from the oncoming traffic and when I tried inching further and motioning she cut me she became violent and volatile. Threw a huge tantrum and pretended to call police over it. Some people need a mental institution and not anymore Starbucks. Realized she was nuts and capable of harming me, I reversed and left. Starbucks cameras will prove how she cut me. But sociopathic people are best to leave alone not worth risking my life for a...
Read moreThis location is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to in my 10+ years of being a Starbucks customer. I don't go every day but when I do the drive thru wait time is unbelievable. Today was the worst. I waited 10+ minutes to get my overpriced drink. When I got to the window I expected an explanation or apology but it was just a typical morning for the employee. It is normal for them to take forever to make drinks. I asked for extra, extra hot and my drink was barely warm. The temperature was fit for a 4 yr old. I've had a couple of rude employees. In the past I ordered the wrong pastry and before it was handed to me I asked to change it and was told I'd have to pay! I worked for one of the busiest and first 24 hour Starbucks drive thrus years ago in Seattle and I know from experience there is no excuse for this. Nowadays Starbucks employees think they are doing you a favor and have no clue what customer service is. The Starbucks "culture" has really gone down the drain and this location is a prime example of that. This is the first time I have ever written a review online for any business. I'm pretty easy going and let things go quickly but enough is enough. I will no longer be a Starbucks customer. This is the last drink I buy from...
