Dunkin' — Restaurant in Washington

I love this Dunkin Donuts! It's local for me, but there's also another one located apx less than 2 miles down Rt 31..(that location is NOT open 24hrs).. either way I still prefer it here. The service is great, all employees have always been soo pleasant & helpful (no matter what time of day it is & I've gone all hours of day & night), place is clean, everything I've ever gotten has tasted great & fresh and I've always gotten what I actually ordered.. In addition, I've been there when the line of customers has wrapped around & even out the door and seemed like not enough staff to handle all of that, but still; I watched them work together, remain calm pleasant with smiles on their faces, multi-task, and just bang out each order like they could do that in their sleep.. next thing I'd know the line dissipated & they'd just keep going.. Also, there's been a number of times I've wanted something similar to but was not on the menu (or an item they had & was big at one point but no longer sell), and each time the employee would adapt & adjust to make what I would be trying to get - and if they couldn't or weren't sure they've asked other employees.. and I'm not typically meticulous or picky or anything, just sometimes really have the taste for something specific and never once has any worker ever made me feel like I was being a pain or just difficult.. plus, it seems as if they're ALWAYS making fresh bagels/pastries allll day every day! That's how it smells & also how it all tastes.. I really have nothing bad to say or complain about - only adjustments I'd like to see would be to add more inside seating, (even though I'm usually on the go anyway), and a drive thru - that would be extremely helpful! However, I still enjoy stopping through & chatting wth the workers while awaiting whatever deliciousness I ordered...

I have to go to Washington for my pre-natal appointments and I decided to get my coffee and food here today - this is the speediest, nicest Dunkin I've ever been to lol! I worked in Mendham for 10+ years and got Dunkin literally almost daily in Chester and I've never had such great service. I placed a to-go order on my phone, drove about 2 mins to get here, and my food was ready. The employees are super nice. I waited probably 1 more minute for my iced coffee. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient they were!!! My food was nice and hot and my iced coffee was one of the best Dunkin coffees I've ever had. I had a 15 drive home and almost drank the entire thing on my way back because it was just so yummy. I will definitely go back here again for any Dunkin cravings I have after my appointments!!! Most of the employees are unprofessional and have no respect for customers. When a customer orders their food an employees job should be to repeat the order. Then ask if you would like your receipt. Never happens. When you ask for the receipt there’s an attitude. Also, incorrect orders. When confronted with an incorrect order the employee says “You never said that “ clearly arguing with the customer. Wrong move to disagree with a customer. It never fails. The attitude and the lack of customer service is unbelievable. Many years I’ve been in customer service never came out and said to a customer that they never said that. Some of them need to be retrained or let go. If you are unhappy with your job....
