ALWAYS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! My family and I visit dutch bros locations all over washington and Oregon, we have never had an experience like the one we have at this location, they always seem to brighten our days and no matter what be the best customer service I have ever seen. I love our people at dutch, the managers are soooooo amazing, I prefer this one to any dutch in town because of the experience I get everytime. Thank all of you at this location for being there, you have no idea the impact you make. 😁❤💙❤💙❤💙❤
Update: recently it seems like they have brought someone in who is KILLING THE VIBE, the happiness is gone, its actually uncomfortable, me and my wife have been talking with friends and we all agree, idk who the new manager is or tainer or person from corporate but they have made our Favorite dutch into the worse place. The staff isn't allowed to talk to people anymore, they get in trouble in front of us Consistently for attempting to give us amazing service. We just hate it, today will probably be our last day coming to this dutch. Not sure how someone with no customer service skills or time management skills got into management or a training position but as a group we are way more than frustrated with this new way of business. Guaranteed sales are dropping and employees are leaving due to this. Horrible...
Read moreI typically use the Tumwater location because it is close to my home. This particular day though, I went to the Martin Way location and was so shocked at how ride the girl was to me. I asked if they had Kahlua flavor and she said no. I asked her which sugar free flavors they had and she rolled her eyes ate and as she turned to go check, she says to her coworker "I have another slow person here." ..I WAS SHOCKED!! Slow?? When she came back with the flavors, I simply ordered a drink for my manager (who has to have sugar free) and for myself. When I ordered, the girl never spoke to me like they usually do (how is your day? What are you up to today?.. etc.) In stead, she took my payment, gave me my drinks and never said "have a nice day" or "thank you, see you next time".. she stood there with a look of annoyance on her face. I wish I knew her name but I don't. I know people have bad days, but she called me a slow person! Seriously. If you go to Dutch Bros, use the Tumwater location. They are a lot kinder. ... OH.. AND, she made my drink wrong. I ordered a kicker. She gave me something with cinnamon in it. I drank it because I paid for it and had to get back to work.. but I won't go to...
Read moreI stopped by this location on my way into work this morning after having an amazing experience at a location in Des Moines/Federal Way. I would give that location 10 stars if I could while this location left me disappointed. I pulled up when it wasn’t very busy, was the second car in line, so I got my order in well before the giant rush that hit. The woman that walked up to my window while I was waiting and took my order was super nice, very helpful. But then I proceeded to wait almost 10 mins to even get to the window, and another wait to have my drink made. The wait isn’t my problem, (the coffee I had previously was super good so I was willing to wait), it was that I waited so long, only to have my drink come out totally wrong. I ordered it hot, added a shot of coffee with soy milk. It came out iced, with no coffee added and, milk. Of course, by the time I got it I had no time to spare to have them fix it. I told the barista at the window just as a note, that my drink was incorrect and she just blankly stared at me and said, “okay.” Not the worst experience I’ve ever had at a coffee stand, but I’ll probably avoid this stand...
