Automatic 18% gratuity for a party of 5 or more. So if you want to come out here for dinner, don't invite a 5th wheel or even have a child with you. Even if you are splitting the check they charge you 18%. All you can eat for $30 per person at a minimum on Saturdays. Plenty of meat options, but you're only allowed to chose 4 of the options. If you have any left over meat at the end of your meal they will add an additional $5 charge. For myself, my husband and the two others and our kids (who barely ate anything) we were charged $198. It was shocking. The food was good, but not a kid friendly place unless your child has a bottomless pit of a stomach and eats $15 dollars worth at least of the food. Outrageous. The service was sparce. We ran out of rice and other dishes and we ran out of drinks well before we were given refills. The beef bulgogi is our favorite here. I'd come back on a weekday just as a date with my husband. I'd never come back with anyone else. Especially party of 5. The side dishes included some pickled vegetables, sweetened potatoes, kimchi, fruit and vegetable sweet salad, chili cucumbers, bean sprouts, lettuce, and rice. There is a 2 hour limit for all you can eat, though if I come here next time I'd be interested in ordering from the menue that isn't "cook your own food".

I came here with my family. (Wife and son, father and mother). Party of four adults and one child. Had the lunch menu for $23 a plate. The service was mediocre at best. Kids was $12. I've attached a photo of the menu to look at. The side food was terrible. The rice was overcooked and obviously sitting for to long. Decent selection in meats and all you can eat 2hr maximum. We had chicken, bulguigi, sausage, and brisket. The sausage was my least favorite. Chicken was my favorite. You cool the food, they simply bring out the meat to your table and you cook it in front of you. Cool experience... yet bad atmosphere and service when I went in. What really made me mad was that gratuity was filled in for me at the end. Hand written in. Forced with no choice. Service was only mediocre at best. Now I'm not a cheap tipper i tend to leave 20-25%, but when it's forced with no choice in a small party that seems a little redicilious... Especially since it wasn't posted anywhere.

I've been craving Korean BBQ for awhile and my husband recommended we visit this place since he had eaten here before. There was barely anyone there so we were seated instantly. Our waitress was kind and very prompt when it came to bringing us food and checking on us. We went with the lunch option since it was just the two of us (lunch special is $25 per person with 7 choices of meat, though I'm very curious to try one of their other menu options if we were to bring a group of friends). The meats were all so tender and juicy when we cooked them. I loved the options they gave for the side dishes as well. When it came time to pay, we noticed the already added on 18% gratuity. My husband didn't mind it just because our waitress was great to us, however had our experience been bad we definitely wouldn't have been happy paying that mandatory tip. Overall, I'd definitely come back here the next time I have a KBBQ craving!

Let me start by from the moment we walked in we were just standing at the front door waiting to be seated. Once we were Acknowledged they seated us. Now this was our first time here and told our server this, we were trying to decide on what to eat and the server was rushing us by saying what do you want number 4 or number 5or what about number 7so at this point my wife felt rushed. So finally we placed our order the food came out the first dish came out and they just dropped the food on the grill like here.... than they gave us three napkins only we had to keep asking for more. There was no condiments on the table all you got was a squeeze bottle of soy teriyaki sauce I a red bottle. Now on the menu it states for leftover food will be additional 5$ charge so we heard to tables ask for a box and 1 waiter said oh no we can't give boxes so sorry but to another couple gave them a box no problem. So the lady was rude we almost got up and left but we were already invested so we decided to give them a chance. So we ate our meal and we were asking for extra plates for food once it's done cooking. Now my wife turned off the flame, because we were done we asked for what we knew we would be able to eat. So when we asked for our bill I looked at the bill to count for all we ordered and the price seemed off from what we ordered. On the receipt showed us an extra 5$ charge I was like what is this o top of the 18% gratuity automatically charged to the bill. It also shows you the price before the tip and after the tip so automatically tips themselves on top of the gratuity. So I asked another waiter about the extra charge and she took the receipt back to fix it which change the bill by 4 dollars but the crazy thing was on the receipt it showed two different tables 2 different taxes 2 different prices for our meals 🤔 so I was kinda like this is not right. But I went ahead to pay for it so si ce they already tipped themselves I didn't leave a tip this expensive experience was terrible my 5 year old son ate a few pieces of sausage and chicken over rice and charge my son 15$ for a kid meal. Customer service is not so good . Seats cracked walls dirty. Good thing they did was that they constantly changed the grill grates once they got dirty so that was a plus. The wait staff was always around and alert to see your table getting filled up with dirty plates.so for that experience we will not...

I went there with my six year old son today, Monday December 26th at 1pm. The old asian woman working there was very rude to us from the very beginning. I asked if there was any kid sized meals and she replied no, when I told her he just wanted chicken and rice. I ordered the bibimbap bowl and was going to order the lunch box special for him (listed on the menu available M-F from 11-3) and she told me no I couldn't order that for my son because today was a holiday. Uh, since when is December 26th a holiday in America? Christmas was yesterday! Today may very well be Boxing Day, but that is a Canadian holiday! So the meals finally come out, and she brings out a chicken plate and two small bowls of rice then the side dishes for my meal and never once offered us waters until I had to ask her for some. She then serves us waters in a dirty cups! My bibimbap bowl comes out and there is no rice in it nor any meat-just salad, mushrooms some sprouts and a fried egg on top. I added some of the chicken from the other dish to suffice because she never once came back to check on us until she delivered the bill. SHE CHARGED ME $25 for my six year old son's meal!! She rang it up as the chicken BBQ platter. I was absolutely shocked! Are you serious right now? So my bowl (without any meat mind you) was $13 and you're going to charge me for a $25 chicken dish for my six year old? When I wanted and ordered the lunchbox for $16 that would have been plenty, that she denied me ordering due to today being some sort of holiday? Get real! I will NOT be going back to this place or her rude service again. Absolutely despicable! I don't even think they are worthy of a 1 star but Google requires at least one to leave a...

I usually come here every once in a while, An i’d usually leave a good tip. I’d come back an give it another chance if they upgraded the whole restaurant. But for now I will not be coming here any longer. Good luck…

So As soon as I gotten pregnant w/ my first baby I stopped coming here bc I’ve noticed it wasn’t sanitary, no fresh meat & the last time I’ve eaten there it had really made me sick. From the restaurant all the way home. I was craving KBBQ Twice in One Week so I came here. Best believe it was the last time… My bf & I noticed we smelt old meat. An the little sides wasn’t fresh! Neither was the lettuce it seemed as if they gave us left overs or meat that became old during that time of week & the lettuce smelt like they leave it in the same fridge as the meats… My Bf had stopped eating an kept going to the bathroom bc he wasn’t feeling any good, he kept getting sick. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt but as we finished I’ve gotten sick real bad (not bc I was pregnant) but bc the meat was just old by the smell & look of the meat an side dishes. I didn’t want to have a bad look on myself bc I’d never want to leave a big portion of leftovers, I feel bad everytime but please don’t be like me. If it’s not good please let them know, yes they’ll give dirty looks & a non happy face but they know what they did wrong! & they know they’re losing money. Also I honestly don’t think they clean the tables with clean rags or a good cleaning spray it’s sticky most of the time, & it stinks sometimes. I’m sure they haven’t even had a Food/Restraunt Inspection They Are In Need Of...
