Lookah is a con artist. They are the worst brand ever. The very same week I purchased one of their products ($115.14 worth,) the bubbler broke. But neither the store (they claimed to only have a 48 hours replacement/return policy and the damage happened on day 8) nor the manufacturer, Lookah, (though they offer 3 month warranty service) is considering reimbursing me. It must be noted that I provided them with all the required information to issue my reimbursement. Yet, they are so bent on replacing the bubbler and to not reimburse me. Currently gearing up to take them to court. See receipt for proof of purchase.

I would stay away from this brand if I were you.

RESPONSE TO RETAILER: As a retailer, you should be conscious of bad brand names out there and avoid selling their products in your store. Continuing to sell that brand, with the awareness that they do not honor their warranty, makes you accomplice to their misdeeds. At the end of the day, the manufacturer does not honor their 3-months warranty and you keep the proceeds from the sale. The consumer ends up with the shortest stick and takes legal actions against both Lookah and you, and spends more money to get justice.

I got a Maven volt torch that was $40 dollars. The person in there that sold me it told me that this is what they recommend and if we have problems to bring it back in a 48 hour time period with a reciept. The next morning I go into the store to return the torch because it was not working properly and had a malfunction, as I am talking to the worker in there explaining my issues and I would like to get a refund, then exchange it for something else. They told me that they don’t give a shit if it didn’t work for me and That it’s my fault and there is nothing they can do about it. So I asked them to speak to the owner and they refused to let me and would not even give me money back or reason with me. I am highly disappointed at the customer service that I had to encounter and they quality stuff they have. I do not recommend coming here...

Would take your business elsewhere they lie about the prices. Price was labeled clear as day came cash in hand ready to make a purchase. False advertising. All the sudden it was 649+dollars. Yall had it listed for that piece clear as day the same piece . Then I couldn’t even return the products I already purchased because I don’t support shitty company’s but was told no to even them keeping half the money and the product back, beware of money hungry businesses.
