Tacos Meche — Restaurant in Lacey

I've been to a lot of food trucks and let me tell you, I've never had such delicious Mexican food until this food truck. Literally setting the bar. My bf and I noticed that there were a lot of food trucks on the main road this little truck was on and we literally rolled a die to see which food truck we should try and it happened to be Tacos Meche. It also happened to be on a day where it was raining a pretty good amount of rain but why not? We ordered a Meches burrito, Birria Tacos, and a steak quesadilla. Omg guys when I tell you, it was literally the most delicious food.....Definitely had to tip. We came at a time where there was only 1 person working the whole truck and def made our food truck experience worth it. The table setting even had little flowers and while it all outside, they still made it feel welcoming. Seriously though, I will continue to support this food truck cause the food spoke...

Very, very good, well-made and kind service. Meats were all tender the small rice and beans were very good portion actually big! I shared them easily. We got the mulita with carnival,and tacos asada and lengua. All of it was great came with pickled onions and radish and jalapeño mulita was crispy and had avocado and great amount of cheese. Just found the best Mexican food in thurston county. Food is absolutely delicious. So much flavor and the portion is on point. I will never go anywhere but here when needing my most favorite food.
