Frank's Pizza and Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Washington

I spent 55 bucks here...I spent just as much in as I did take out. And after I left a staff girl came to the parking lot to see if I forgot my takeout. I said no, I have it but if u have an extra ill take it. She says wait and brings another order and says it musta been a mistake. I tip her and 5 mins later my waitress came out and asks if my order was right and I said yes, then asks can she check it, I said yes, she opened the van door and said. I see u got them both and proceeds to remove one order from my van and return it to the restaurant. I told her what happened, that I didn't lie to get free food but she ignored me and returned the 2nd order to the restaurant. VIOLATION..REPEAT VIOLATION.....FOOD DOESN'T COME BACK IN...PERIOD...IT BOTHERED ME SO BAD I CALLED THE OWNER...YES FAMOUS VINNY.....AND HE COULDN'T/WOULDN'T ADDRESS MY ISSUE OF RETURNING FOOD TO THE RESTAURANT...HE JUST STARTED TALLING IN CIRCLES....IF U DID THAT IN FRONT IF ME....WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THE KITCHEN?

THAT FOOD DIDNT GO BACK IN TO BE THROWN AWAY....THEM THINKING I LIED TO GET ANOTHER PLATE.....IT GOT SERVED TO SOMEONE ELSE.

Frank's used to be my go to place for pizza. I followed him from the mall to his new location. I have not had pizza in awhile so I decided to order for my niece instead of order from Domino's. Words can not explain how very disappointed I was today. I placed my order and was told they were not allowed to give me the total of my order. I was told they were not allowed to, which is crazy. If I don't know the price how do I know if I can pay or can they just make up a price when I get there. 2 when I pulled up at the drive through. Instead of telling the driver their order is not ready and to drive back around the car in the back had to sit there and wait until their order was ready .which is crazy bc if others order are ready not, their order is getting cold. 3 when I got my order it was completed cold I could not believe it ,the sausage I ask to be on one side was chopped up and sprinkled on that side barely covering one side. 4 since I had kids waiting I had to put the pizza in the oven and heat it up. I will not be ordering for Franks again which is sad but it is not like it used to be . I truly didn't appreciate getting...

This establishment totally deserves 5 stars 🌟 From the time we entered until the time we departed we were treated with exceptional service! This was our first visit, but it definitely won't be our last!! Our server Mary Beth was excellent! She made meal recommendations for us and the choices she made were delicious! We ordered an appetizer of Fried Beer Battered Mushrooms served with house made Ranch which were cooked perfectly! We ordered the Seafood Fra Diavolo and Chicken Pavarotti which were served with salad and bread (Dressing made in house... so yummy!) Both entrees were prepared and served hot and fresh! They pack these plates full and I needed a togo container for myself! They have an extensive menu from Soups and Salads to Subs and Pizza! You name it, they have it! The prices are very good considering the portion sizes and there's a 97.5 A Sanitation Grade. We enjoyed our trip here and will definitely visit again when we're in the area!
