UPDATE: I Originally gave a one star review because of the ridiculous wait time in the drive-thru, however, it is apparent that the ownership is trying diligently to make the wait time better. I still believe ordering before the window would move things along faster, but I like some of the new measures they’ve added to speed up the wait, namely the pulling forward of larger orders. This really is the best coffee in town and I’ve never had any complaints about the quality of their beverages. I also really love the bagels. I try to support local and I try to support people who really want to make a better place, and these folks have proven that. Stop by and have a Wrangler! ❤️🧋

The coffee is superb. The pastries are delicious. The wait time is... beyond ridiculous. I'd give this place 5 stars if they could work out a better order fulfillment system. The drive up window is one of the most inefficient things there. They need to have ordering available before the customer gets to the window. As it is, you can expect a minimum 10-15 minute wait PER CUSTOMER. So if you're 2 cars behind, you can expect to wait a half an hour just to place your order. Nobody has that kind of time when they're stopping for coffee. I'd go by here every morning if they could cut their wait time. The staff is always very courteous also. The wait time just far eclipses all the wonderful things about the place for me.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: If the solution for the inefficient and lagging drive up window is to encourage people to come inside, then you should probably just get rid of the drive up window. As a mother of 2 small children, it’s a chore and a half to unharness 2 kids and lug them inside for a coffee for me. I won’t do it. If you have staff available to be making coffee inside, then I again reiterate my original comment that the order fulfillment routine needs to be reworked. I’d love to be a regular customer if you could speed things up. I’m trying to be constructive here because I support local and I love...
Read moreI was mortified. I ordered a latte’ just moments ago… I took one sip as I was leaving and the froth was great. When I took a sip of coffee it was totally watered down and weak beyond words. It supposedly had 2 shots expresso. I went back in and Very politely asked either for them to remake it or add an expresso shot. The young gal said I paid for it, so she would remake it. She then poured it out. The manager came up and said they couldn’t remake it cause I walked out and came back… my car was in sight and the drink was full. She said she would charge me. I tried to problem-solve and inform her that they poured my drink out before telling me they wouldn’t replace it- and had I known , I would have just asked for an added expresso shot. She said, “oh we could have done that”…. But my drink was gone and she would not compensate in any way. I suggested she take the $2 tip I just gave them and put it towards a regular cup of coffee. She said they couldn’t do that since it was on a card. So I sincerely asked, “you mean you are not going to compensate me in any way after I brought my drink back in full and you poured it out before suggesting to add a shot?” She simply refused to be helpful. I remained calm and blindsided by this absolute poor customer service and complacency. There was no effort at all made toward my patronage. Really… I wanted to cry. I just got out of a ct scan headed to drive 5 hrs and just wanted a decent coffee without all this poor relational BS. This happened 9/23 at 10:40 a.m. in case the owner would like to track this. I’ve never in all my adult years been treated so disrespectfully and I’m 63 years old and quite familiar with how a good coffee should taste- and what fair and decent service looks...
Read moreUsually this place has great tasting coffees and customer service that’s why my coworkers and I usually order while working at the hospital during our long shifts. However this recent visit we called in an ordered and one of the ingredients which was heavy cream wasn’t added to one of the coffees maybe the person that took the order didn’t hear it however usually when there is a simple mistake most places fix it however they stated since it wasn’t ordered they can’t make another one nor give me a refund and it was the owner policy. I wasn’t even offered the heavy cream I had to take upon myself to ask can I just order the heavy cream and mix it myself so here we were placing an .80 order for heavy cream. This was such poor customer service this could have been handle with more care it was like I was tossed to the side like we didn’t get that in your order nor can we refund you and just blankly stare at the customer this isn’t what I want and I paid my hard earned money plus a tip to get treated in such manner. My co workers and I from the hospital will be taking our coffee services else where. Do better giddy up your customers are your business!
Response to owner reply: I ordered specifically an Iced sugar free vanilla and brown sugar LATTE made with heavy cream not a “Breve”. My coworkers also heard the order as I stated. I work in the hospital maybe the service went out on the heavy cream part or maybe she just didn’t hear it’s okay we’re human we make mistakes however how the situation was handled was very poor. I gave a tip that would have covered the heavy cream and the difference between a more expensive drink. We definitely don’t need a second Giddy up here in town we could...
