I went in to this establishment, as I see a lot of DC workers frequently stopping by as I drop my kids off. I've stopped in on multiple occasions and have always been greeted by happy faces (customers) however they deal with the lack of professionalism and cleanliness that is needed to run a restaurant. On two occasions I've had long black straight hair in my breakfast sandwich. The second time happened a few months later, however today waiting for my food that took 35 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Is beyond my stomach desire. Than, to be charged again and when I showed them my phones statement continued to place blame on me for just standing in the corner. The experience I received from this establishment and the way they treat patrons that are clearly basis and unfair to the community. I told her I was here for pickup and she was worried about the ppl that were still deciding what to order. The food is mediocre and a lot of mediocre food lovers buy food there. No soul in the food at all. 12th street Murray and Paul or brookland grill I where I go. That old noodle hag had a nerve to have an attitude with me and throw my receipt down and say thank you. When I checked out with my credit card, the lady asked if I wanted a bag and I said yes but she didn't charge me for the bag and swiped my credit card. When I asked if she was going to give me a bag, she said you didn't ask, and I said I did. She just looked at me as if she wasn't going to give me a bag.
