Dear Community Management Team, I am a resident of this community and have always valued the harmonious atmosphere here. However, I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding **a female staff member who wears two braids and works on Fridays**. She has repeatedly treated me and my children in an unfriendly and discriminatory manner. Specific incidents include: - **Unequal Treatment**: While she tolerates similar mistakes from other residents, she singles out my family with harsh words and unfair scrutiny. - **Pattern of Behavior**: This has happened at least twice, exclusively on her Friday shifts, contrasting sharply with the kindness shown by other staff. As residents who genuinely care about this community, we expect to be treated with the same respect as everyone else. Such experiences are hurtful and may discourage others from engaging with community services. **A community should be inclusive and warm, not marred by the biases of individual staff members.**

Dear Pool Management, As a community resident who regularly visits the pool twice a week with my child, I am writing to formally complain about the inappropriate conduct of a female staff member (identifiable by her braided hair). Incident Details: • I was merely standing in the red zone calling my child (no violation occurred), yet was rudely ordered to leave • At the same time, three other patrons were clearly violating rules by standing at the yellow pool edge, which the staff deliberately ignored • While we strictly followed all regulations, our family appeared to be the only one being singled out As a nation of immigrants, we should show kindness to all American citizens. We should treat our neighbors with friendliness, putting fairness, justice, gratitude and understanding first - after all, everyone comes from different corners of the world as immigrant friends. This differential treatment contradicts our community values.

This week too much chlorine in the pool. The smell was very strong it had my eyes burning and I didn't even put my head under the water.šŸ˜ However the ladies locker room was much cleaner than my previous visitšŸ™„šŸ¤Ø These are pictures of the ladies showers, where someone has left there hair behind🤨 These other pictures are of the hot tub with this thick ring of dirt and foam, thus forcing people out of the hot tub!šŸ¤”šŸ¤”šŸ˜

Had a horrible experience at this pool. The pool manager was extremely rude to the people I was with (a recently-arrived immigrant family from Guatemala who don't speak English). She started yelling at them for no reason and accused them of breaking one of the pool rules that they weren't actually breaking (the pool rules are clearly listed--maybe the pool manager should review them herself). I figured she was just in a bad mood that day, but she was extremely polite to the other guests were actually breaking the rules (including one man who was eating next to the pool) and kindly asked them to follow the rules. I'm not sure if she was only rude to the people I was with because they were the only Hispanic people at the pool, but I do know that no one deserves to be spoken to the way my friends were spoken to. I hope this manager never treats anyone like this again--after all, her paycheck comes out of...
