I am frustrated and disappointment regarding my reservation at your Catholic University location for 6:00 PM on July 3rd.

I arrived early at 5:35 PM, only to find that the location was closed. I had made this reservation well in advance, back in February, and received no prior communication notifying me of any early closure or schedule change. I find it unacceptable that there was no courtesy call, email, or alert to inform me of this.

When I contacted customer service, I was directed to another location—however, by the time I arrived, which was nearly 6:00 PM, that location was sold out (5810 Baltimore Ave). I am a healthcare traveler from New Jersey, working at MedSTAR hospital for a few months and noticed this beautiful campus not far, so spent a few hours walking around and enjoying the architecture, the memorial statues and the Basilica Cathedral. Seems like a great location with the easy access from several points and if you’re looking for a great place to do a walk or explore, definitely worth your time to visit this location.
