I purchase $23 worth of food-$9.00 for shrimp fried rice $13+ for fried chicken wings. I ordered the food as soon as they opened thinking the food had just been cooked. It was clear to me that it was leftover from the day before or the oil it was cooked in was weeks old. The shrimp were mushy.
They advertised on line that they make deliveries, but when I inquired about delivering the lady that answered the phone rudely said they did not deliver and hung up. That should have been my clue to go somewhere else, but I thought it was a language issue, as I think about it she was rude.

Like many have given their reviews about the customer service rudeness and now I’ve experienced it on Saturday, April 29, 2023. The lady answered the phone and I informed her I was placing 4 orders for pickup.
One of her impolite manners was trying to rush me as I asked her about one of my orders. Another one of her ill mannered character was getting indignant when I mentioned an order that they didn’t offer. I politely and sternly informed her to cancel my orders and I hung up.

Originally I left a comment about Hong Kong saying it was one of the best carry outs in DC and the quality of their food stayed the same for years. Scratch that! I've always loved their steak and cheese subs and that's what I mainly get 90% of the time because their steak was real and not the fake rubbery steak most of the other carry outs have but I went and got one the other day and sure enough their steak changed and it's rubbery like those other carry outs!
