Jetties — Restaurant in Washington

The customer service at Jetties is terrible. My colleagues and I wanted to place an order for our lunch the next day not knowing that their only option is for it to be delivered within the hour. After placing the order online we realized there was no option select a time so we immediately called them. They wouldn't answer the phone so we left several messages telling them that the delivery was for the next day. They called back 20 minutes later and told us that that wasn't an option, they only deliver immediately. This was our first time ordering online and we had no idea. Nothing in the ordering process mentioned this.

We tried to cancel the order but they refused saying they had already made our salads and they were going to charge us whether we able to receive or not. I tried to explain that we had called immediately after placing the order but they were very rude saying it wasn't their problem. I had to stay late at work an extra half hour so I could get them and then put them in the fridge. Now we get to eat day old salads which will probably be soggy and gross.

They will not have to worry about future orders from me or any of my colleagues because we will never order...

On a busy Friday night of running around with the kiddos, it’s hard to grab a bite. I was taking my son to a school function and noticed while driving the “Jetties” sign. I knew after dropping off my son, dinner was going to be from Jetties. I was able to find street parking, and was warmly greeted upon walking into the restaurant. Being a previous customer from other locations, I knew I was going to use the kiosk to place my order. While I waited for my food to be served, I was able to walk around. There was ample outdoor seating with lights, looking like a rather romantic area with umbrellas and wooden tables. Within minutes, my order was ready! I order the Tom Never, and my wife order the thirty salad. Both meals were delicious, warm, with generous portions sizes. The one reminder is that Jetties is a cashless restaurant, and they truly value their customers. If you’re looking for great food at a reasonable price, please consider Jetties, you will not...

They never get my order right. Today, half of the order was missing, plus I asked for two regular Cokes, they sent two Diet Coke. Nowhere in my order does it say to add tomato (it is unselected) yet, they ALWAYS put tomato on my sandwich. Today we also ordered a grilled cheese for a guest and the grilled cheese was not delivered. Because I know that they never get my order right, I actually call them to always say please do not add tomato. I tried to call today several times but no one even picked up the phone. I should've known better that they would get it wrong, but now the fact that they're actually not even completing an entire order is a new low. They do not pay any attention to detail or orders and it's extremely disappointing. The food isn't that great, I order out of convenience, but now the convenience is not even a luxury because they don't even get the order right.
