If I could give zero stars I would. The line is backed out the door and two people working, and the word “working” is questionable. The polar ice caps are melting faster than they were moving and they were unapologetic about it. After being tortured in that line for 30 minutes, they tell me they don’t have any large cups. I literally ordered the simplest drink there and they still screwed it up. It was worse than the worst Duncan donuts experience I’ve had. In the middle of this disgraceful performance, the manager (who is standing around doing nothing while the line backs up out the door) comes to the counter and asks her employee to make two drinks for her. I know this is a campus location, however the service should not be less then it would be anywhere else. I appreciate the make over of the store, however some of the staff need attitude make overs. The manager was sitting at the table on her phone. Clearly problem number ONE! The guy making the drinks was pleasant and apologetic for the poor customer service.
