Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Washington

Since this is a Chick-fil-A express, I tried not to set my standards too high. I had also glanced at the reviews before I came.

The online ordering system was okay, but their system for fulfilling orders was ineffecient. Their accuracy was below 50% (based on the 10 or so orders before mine and including mine).

I had to remind them about my cookie (which I am fairly certain was still raw in the middle). I also had to remind them of my drink, (unsweetened tea with lemonade). I'm fairly certain they used sweet tea, but they insisted they used unsweetened tea... Sweetest unsweetened tea I've had in my life.

Service was okay, they weren't rude (in my opinion, their honesty is questionable), but they are not overly nice as at the full restaurants (not a single "my pleasure" heard). The people working before I placed my order and after I recieved my order seemed to have it more together... but they didn't serve me. Maybe I'll be lucky and happen to come in during their shift next time... if I decide...

I came here yesterday to get food and there was a sign on the door that said you had to order carry out or delivery through door dash, postmates or Uber eats. Ok makes sense since there is no drive through and we are quarantined. Two other people showed up and were waiting outside with me trying to figure out the apps. None of the apps gave the option to do pick up, just delivery. So I drove home and paid extra for delivery. Then I got my meal and none of the sauces I requested were included :( I requested two sauces for my sandwich and two for the fries. I don’t know if that’s my delivery person’s fault or chickfila but honestly it was really frustrating experience and didn’t want to make me order from chickfila again. Appreciate y’all being open and feeding people during this time but just wanted to share this. Without chickfila sauce I may as well have gotten McDonald’s. I paid $23 for this meal too, which is ridiculously steep for fast food...

Do not go here! Arrived 20 minutes before they were closed and they said they were already cleaning the milkshake machines and couldn't make me a milkshake. The only reason why I went there was to get a milkshake because my wife just donated bone marrow and was told to get an extra amount of calcium like a milkshake.

The server could have cared less about me, basically dropping the sauce for me to catch.

Only to get served premade sandwiches from who knows how long.

And this place is not in the hospital even though its advertised as such!!! You have to walk outside and go to the hotel.

Truett cathy is rolling in his grave because of this store. I would have gotten better food and service from a hotdog vending machine.

Update: chick-fil-a manager or franchise owner called me back and apologized later and is supposedly...
