I ordered from here twice the first time was about three four weeks ago both deliverie orders first time the general manager delivered my order threw the receipt on the ground said wow. Pushes his pedal in his car took a bit for my order to get to me. I open the bag the bbq chips were missing I get inside and call to tell them what the driver did. Then called to let them know the chips were missing then they said we can do store credit or deliver them to me then the lady and I had to talk about how she doesn’t want issues I then described how the guy was the issue along with it all he was at the store talking on how he knew I’d be a problem so forth. The guy delivered the chips after I had to fight for them to deliver them second time I ordered from jimmy John’s I’m ordering a turkey and ham with cheese they say okay. It gets here I tipped the driver this time he was respectful. I get back inside to open the food it was roast beef I’m allergic to roast beef. Calling them they say it’s nothing we can do we have had issues with this number before I’m dumb founded by that response if u have read from this point u see why I’m dumb founded then asking to talk to the manger they send me to the general manager well that’s how I found out the first delivery driver was the general now I’m over here like u should know what u did he said to remind him I said throwing the receipt on the ground then he said I’ll report you to your command for your behavior well I will pull up all of my phone logs with words being spoken from both parties just to show my commander how this was handled poorly. By far the worst child like team I have ever seen I have a sandwich I can not eat when specific words of ham and turkey to the cheese while they said they herd what I wanted over the phone they get a roast beef sandwich. Then hung the phone after I call back they tell me they have voided the meal I will be going to commercial jimmy John’s about this store. Don’t litter trash it’s a fine. Poor service normal service is great and food is great. Read moreI order at this location all the time while on duty. They have always been great, but not recently. In the past the other workers here were always happy and looked like they were enjoying the job.
I’ve always come in every weekend in the afternoon and recently my experience hasn’t been the same. The Manager Diana seems to always have a problem and has a terrible attitude. You can see it in the other worker’s faces specially.
I ordered ahead in the app and was planning on paying with cash when I arrived at the drive thru. When I had arrived there the manager Diana started to argue with me about ordering and stating that “I have to pay over the phone or online only” and that “you have to pay ahead when it comes to pickups”. I was shocked and confused to why their alleged policies changed. I had always ordered this way in the past and every single time I was able to pay when I had arrived for my pickup. She was obviously frustrated at something, but she didn’t have to take it out on a paying customer.
I honestly always enjoyed the food here and the amazing workers, but I cannot come back again in for the foreseeable future due to my terrible experience with the Manager Diana. I, myself, will boycott this location until she is no longer part of this establishment. Her disrespect and attitude should not be a part of any work place and this base. Read moreI just finished my last Jimmy Johns sandwich. I have to remove them from my list of places to eat and place them on the over priced and undervalued meals list. Today I paid about $15 for a single sandwich combo. I can think of many other places with better quality food for that price. And soon Jimmy Johns will report record profits (I will update when those numbers are published) which means it’s not a supply chain or employee issue, it’s capitalizing on the alleged economical issues and saying they have to raise prices when it’s just to squeeze wallets that much more. It is a shame companies use anything they can to justify taking more of your hard earned money.
