Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Washington

I ordered here on Saturday May 19 at 1:40. I finally got my food at 2:34. And when I did my sandwich was smashed and had very little meat on it. Now I seriously never ever leave reviews, this is actually the first ever review I’ve done for a restaurant. But I ordered the Jimmy Cubano (which is a favorite sandwich which means it gets double meat) and like I said very little ham and almost little to no mustard and mayo, I asked for extra pickle and didn’t get that, there was also another sandwich for my s/o that I added avocado spread for an extra $1.50 and didn’t get that either. So I called the store once I finally got my “freaky fast food” and demanded a refund, the manager tried to get me to accept 2 regular sandwiches as a sorry, which doesn’t add up even half the whole orders worth. But I will state I did get a refund. But I’ll also state that this isn’t the first time I’ve had very poor service with them, so don’t sit there thinking that I’ve had a perfect 10/10 experience everytime and that this is the first mess up they’ve had. I recently visited Jimmy John's and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food. Overall taste of the food was better than that of other sandwich shops in the area.

The service was adequate with a decent level of attentiveness and friendliness. The speed of the service was excellent and unbeatable; the food was ready in no time.

The ambiance and atmosphere were fine, with good lighting and nice decor, which was newer than other Jimmy John's locations.

The location was convenient, being right off the main drag, with plenty of parking available close to the door.

In terms of creativity and innovation, the ingredients and dishes were standard sandwich shop fare with no unique or original offerings.

The value for money was decent, with average portion sizes and a reasonable price point. The quality of ingredients was good.

Overall, my experience at Jimmy John's was very positive. This is my favorite fast food sandwich shop. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a quick, tasty, and reasonably...

Ordered once from here for delivery and they did wonderfull got us the food quick and everything was delicious, less than a month later called out again order they took the $ for the order, now waiting on a refund, and told us we will have it out it 20 minutes, awsome can't wait, 5 minutes later I get a call I am on the edge of the city which is 4.5 miles from the store and they refuse to deliver apparently last time was a mistake? The trip takes 7-8 minutes so How? Im within city limits still apart of washington and less than 2 miles away, i know you drive farther out than that. What happened from last time to now? O it was a mistake? So you can't go 4.5 miles from your store on a 30$ order? Asked for the manager was refused.
