Julianito's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Washington

Went here on Christmas eve, ordered at the window then had to wait in the parking lot because I ordered additional items prior to my takeout order. Got home and took everything out of 2 bags. 1st bag which I received at the window had the carne asada rancher special, & super nachos. Missing my 3 carnitas soft tacos, and the #4 combo which is chicken Quesadilla with rice and beans!!! 2nd bag had my large chips and salas & 10 churros. Spent over $90 Called the store 4 times before someone answered and spoke with Deigo about my missing items and he said he was sorry that it was a crazy night especially for the cook. Then called me back and said that he spoke to the cook and they will not be able to refund or make my missing items because the cook said they gave it to me which is a lie. I would not waste anyones time writing or calling especially on Christmas Eve!!!!! This is our first time coming here and with the fact that I paid for things that I did not GET and they can't and will not make it right is outrageous and pisses me off, because this was our Christmas Eve dinner!!!!!MAKE SURE YOU ALL CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE LEAVING BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT REFUND OR MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!!!NEVER WILL GO HERE...

I've eaten since it opened. For at least a year it's been slowly declining in customer service. I don't speak Spanish and I don't care if you can or not. That said when I'm ordering food. We need to be able to communicate on a semi decent level. In the last month twice I have had to adjust my order from what I want because the cashier can't understand me. I'm not rude and try to help. I even try to spell it out. Nothing. I retort to a taco or nacho. Today they toped it. I got 2 servings shrimp tacos with much difficulty, after trying to order a different item for my daughter that I can't pronounce spelt Mulitas (I know because I attempted to spell it 3 times for her). Go to the next window and they changed me for 3 orders. Again confusion trying to correct it. Then I get my order and it's three soggy small shells lying flat on the bottom of a bowl with all the toppings tossed on top like a salad. Completely unable to hold together like a taco. I've been pretty patient and think I won't be back...

This is the only place we usually get our food the last few years it was really good recently food and service have gotten awful they messed up on our order my husband asked for the sc and guac on side and they put it in his food he asked for them to simply fix it he is a laid back guy the manager was very rude but we figured he was maybe having a bad day so let it slide will we went back recently and the manager walked away from my husband refusing to take his order and got another employee we have never before had any problems tell then yes sometimes the food sucked but it was a hit or miss like all food places however at that point my husband should had not even ordered we ended up getting sick I'm not sure if it was on purpose or not but we will never be eating there ever again and I diffently will not recommend to anyone my family lives out of state and we have had big orders for get togethers but we will find somewhere else...
