Kenny's Carry Out — Restaurant in Washington

I am very upset with the meal I purchased. I purchased shrimp fried rice and shrimp and broccoli. I have to say it is the first time I have been disappointed by the meal. The rice was stale not properly cooked, nor the shrimp. Like they rushed the food as they were giving it to an animal. I will never spend my money there again. I used to always buy food there. No longer will they get my business. When I purchased my food, once the person took my name and came back to take my payment, their whole demeanor and attitude changed, I am not sure what was discussed in the back, I feel that I have a right to voice my opinion respectfully without being treated differently or given a bad meal. Maybe if I was a different type of customer, I would have been treated better. I will make sure I let everyone know and on social media not to eat there or go there. I am a hard working individual and I deserve better treatment then what I received. I almost canceled my order, but I was told the food was already prepared. When I got there I had to wait, so basically lied to, then the food was given and I was given the coldest treatment I have a ever received. There are several other places to eat around there and I will make sure to try them instead. I came from work, hungry and I decided to buy food for my family as well, everyone was upset and stated that was a waste of money and time and I should have cooked a meal and save money. I ended up still cooking and throwing the food away. I could not turn around and go back, because it was raining and too far of a drive. This just might be the most ghetto restaurant I’ve ever been in so you got the people sitting in there high off of what God only knows what threatening you spitting on the window, spitting on the floor you have a high flux of drug addicts in and out the door and now let’s get to the food The food is horrible. I ordered a fish and cheese with french fries they gave me last week french fries reheated and when I asked for new french fries he said 10 to 15 minutes. I waited to 15 minutes when he says with a smile oh, you could’ve been your stuff been ready. I told you five minutes I said now you told me 10 to 15 minutes cause I definitely asked it’s gonna take you 10 to 15 minutes to make new fries OK so then you give me half cooked fries because I said I want them so I don’t want them fried crusty and hard so now you what you don’t have to do is worry about me ever coming back to your...

Amazing, customer service. I had ordered before and the vegetable rice noodles was plain and the French fries was delivered cold and wet. I told the young women about my experience and she stated, “how would I like to change the order.” I told her, “ I would like more season in my vegetable rice noodles add bean sprouts and broccoli minus the egg. Please could I get hot French fries. When the order was delivered, it was amazing. The vegetable rice noodles was awesome. The French fries was hot and crispy. The overall experience was amazing and my family had a great YouTube dinner. Thank you so much.
