Severely disappointed. I had high hopes. The items I got looked noting like photos on the truck or FB. Over priced. Final product does not match the charged value. I got the LA Street Dog, the bacon was not wrapped around the hotdog, it was just placed in the bun the long way, it had small cubed slices of red bell peppers and onions, no green peppers. I expected the slices to be bigger, sliced the long way, not cubed. Okay amount of ketchup, and mayo, not sure if the bun was toasted but it fell apart while I was eating it. I've been to Sante Ally in LA and that's what I was hoping for but my hopes and dreams were crushed. The photos on the truck, the photos they posted on FB and what I got were all different. The truck looks like an Ally dog. The FB pic looks like a bacon wrapped hotdogs with nacho cheese, sliced tomato, onions and cilantro. And what I got was just a sad shadow of what could have been. I also order 3 tacos de lengua. The lengua was over cooked and dry or just old and lacked flavor, the portion on the tacos were sad. Got charged $35 for 3 tacos that sucked, 2 hotdogs that I could have made better, 4 chorros they were okay, and a drink. That was too much for such low quality food. I've had better in Vancouver and Portland so I don't think I'll be coming back to this place, too bad cuz it's just 5mins away from my house. Sad. They need to refine their technique, give appropriate portions and ensure their flavors are on point as well as their quality and presentation. Or update their photos so customers know what to expect. I would have like to post my food on Instagram or my FB story but I was too embarrassed. What a shame.

UPDATE: My body didn't do well with that burrito. It has taken a few days to get back to normal. I won't be returning. Las Palmas is a Mexican cart with good prices. I had an asada burrito. I asked for it without rice and it was still really big. The flavor was decent. Although some bites were extra salty. I'm a fan of salt so I was fine. But some people might not be enchanted with it. The roja sauce was actually orange but it was very tasty. The cart is that funky lot on Fourth Plain. There's not much seating but plenty of parking. Check out my profile for more great eateries and craft cocktail bars. ✌🏼

5-star churros, definitely a must-have! I went with cream filling. The sauces were absolutely phenomenal, both the green and red! Homemade corn tortillas with great flavor. The chicken El patron is great and so is the al pastor El patron! The potato and cheese taquitos are crunchy and absolutely perfect! The nacho fries have great flavor, but the fries could be crunchier. The beans were a little dry and the Spanish rice was very salty. Overall, will definitely be coming here again!

Will never go here again! I ordered the 3 street taco plate with carnitas. I waited 15 minutes for the plate and immediately was grossed out. Over half the meat was gelatinous fat. I tried salvaging it since I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to wait for another plate to be made. But I then found hairs in my tacos. Disgusting! I took my plate back to the counter and the cashier said she would make me another set. I told her I didn't have time, and I wanted my money back instead. She went to get the manager, which took a few minutes. I told him and showed him the issues. He said he would make me another plate really fast. By this point I'd lost my appetite. I declined as I still had to get back to work. I asked for my money back again but he said "that is not possible!". He then suggested I should have ordered no fat in my meat. Since WHEN is pork fat free? 🤣🤷. This issue alone shows poor food preparation on their cooks end. The hair shows poor food handling practices at best. Without resolution I left, was late coming back from my lunch and out the money I spent on inedible food, and still hungry.

The next day I tried contacting the owner via FB but he never responded to my personal messages, so I commented on a post that he needs to respond to me. He ended up blocking me. Childish. I emailed him, trying to get resolution but he has yet to respond. This is poor business practice. Shady and juvenile.

Sad that this business owner couldn't take ownership of a failing and chose to hide from an issue that surely will not be stopped by blocking it....

This is the worst taco truck I have ever been to . The food is not good and the people that run it have terrible attitudes . You can just tell they hate being there and hate making your food . I have all kinds of horror stories from this place . I work down the street and sometimes new employees will get lunch here before we have had and chance to warn them . Way better place down the street in Gaynors parking lot . Edit: Thanks for the response in all caps letting everyone know your horrible attitude is real. And it was not a cook it was large woman who was very rude for no reason . I tried to buy a soda one time and was told It would be 15 minutes . Nobody likes you cart you just get new customers one time so they can see how bad the service and food is . I would love it if you left and a good taco cart came in your place . Also I do not know anyone at the other cart but I do know they are always smiling and polite and the food is not terrible like Las Palmas . Even your neighbors...
