This location is mediocre. It's really hit or miss in all areas. The food can be hot, fresh, and high quality when there is clearly a manager working. Otherwise the best options, or the items my family gets are nearly out, or we get the bottom of whatever is left. I recommend not coming after 9pm, because the options are less than ideal (they close at 10pm).
I know I have never received a welcoming smile, or haven't been greeted at all. I'm not impressed with the level of customer service. Everyone who works here looks miserable. They all have their face towards the ground, and talk like mice. I have to ask for the person filling my order to repeat themselves at least once, because between the cross talk of employees either talking amongst themselves, or yelling across the kitchen I can't hear what the person on the other side of the glass is saying.
Last time I was in the chow mein was out, and we had to wait 10 mins for it to be cooked. It seems to me like that would be something that would constantly be available. Then I added the shrimp which was an additional $2.50 to the order! I didn't realize until after I paid. I ordered a 3 meal plate with two meats, but still had to pay an additional $2.50 which I wouldn't have done, because it wasn't even that great. I wish this would have been clear on the menu, or I would have been told up front. Especially since I had to wait an additional 10 plus minutes for chow mein. It's no wonder this location is mostly dead. They need to re-vamp management at...
Read moreWill this review actually stop anyone from coming here or efect change? Probably not. However, I feel better for writing it. First the large a la cart was maybe 3/4 full when they brought it over to our table (we had to wait but its fine because it was out, not even upset about that) but the 3/4 full was annoying. But what really pissed me off is that my 10 year old son and 7 year old daughter wanted the 8 pack of fortune cookies. So helping them be a little independent, I gave them the money and had them go to the counter themselves to buy them (I was 15 feet away at the table) I watched for 5 minutes as not a single person that walked passed the counter aknowledged them. It was very clear and obvious that at least 3 people looked right at them and didn't say a single word. I would understand if they were busy and had to do something, but not even "we will be with you in a minute" or any aknowledgedment at all is ridiculous. I eventually had to go up there and ask someone to help my kids. Terrible...
Read moreA few weeks ago, I was not feeling well, it was some RSV that left me with flu type symptoms. I didn’t eat for days. When I felt I could finally ate, the only thing I wanted was the Pepper Steak from Panda Express - the only thing is that I do not like onions which are mixed in - we requested no onions or at least as few as possible. I knew that this would be a difficult thing and maybe I was asking for too much, but goodness they came through. I greatly appreciate the time they took to assist with that - the food was fantastic. But what stood out even more was their willingness to take the time to help when they didn’t have to. Actions like that go a long way with me and I know there are a chain and my patronage may not make a difference, but I know I am getting food from a place that was kind enough to do that. Thank...
