Most associates are friendly. The busiest times are 7 to 9 during the week and 8 to 11 during the weekend. I wouldn't recommend going during those times. The drive thru line is often way to packed and most people don't know how to properly go through it, often causing confusion and frustration for those who are there already with those who cut in line or don't pay attention to the line. If you are there during those times, expect to be there for up to 30 minutes before your order is complete at the window. I often regret going through the line because inside it often seems much less busy.
My orders aren't always the same. I usually order whatever will give me a lot of stars but my main is a frap and it always comes out highly inconsistent. It's either always way to chocolaty, almost to the point where it comes out tasting bitter because I feel like they didn't even bother, or it has way to much ice in it so it doesn't taste like anything đ”âđ«. 7/10 times it'll come out like this. If it doesn't have these problems then it won't have the drizzle on top, the cream on the bottom, or the chunks on top. Sometimes I wonder if they know the difference between the java chip and the MCC bc of this. For something that I pay over $7 for everyday, it feels like I'm wasting my money when the java chip was ruined for me the same way. I like the chocolate taste so I don't buy caramel or vanilla but it don't like it so much that I have to drink 10 cups of water right after taking one sip of my pure chocolate blend. I don't want to seem rude but the next time this happens I'm either going to change the store I go to or I'm gonna hand the drink right back to them and ask them to remake it. I can't keep drinking something that is going to make me sick.
Edit: no offense to the baristas at the ordering counter for the drive thru because I get it. But it sucks when someone like me who also works in the service industry has to raise my voice to almost yell at someone because they can't hear me ordering. It's gotten more consistent lately with the same few people saying hey I can't hear you can you repeat your order and then I have to raise my voice at them because the microphone is in a weird spot or it's loud outside / inside the cafe. I cannot control it if there is a loud truck in front of me at the drive thru or if there is a lot of traffic on the main road, I try to speak as loud as I can without yelling at the little speaker. I'd rather just order online or go through another store at this point because although a few baristas are nice others will act offended at the window because they can't hear me. And I don't mean to offend, but I don't have a loud voice like some, sometimes I'm on my car before my turn at the window just trying to repeat my order over and over in a louder voice. And you can't even say I'm in the wrong because they literally ask for your order right when your car pops into their camera screen, I don't always have enough room in front of me to get to the "best spot"...
Read moreI came in this morning on July 4th around 11. A middle aged women was on bar multitasking different drinks and she was amazing. I have been selling drinks for 6+ years so trust. I can tell how much of a pro she was. I also used to work at SB as well and she was handling those fraps/expresso bar/shaken drinks like a pro. I was honestly amazed at how she was multitasking. Personally I believe she carried that team during that shift and whoever the management at this Starbucks is should applaud and acknowledge how amazing of a barista she is. She was balancing between in store orders/mobile orders/and drive thru. Honestly amazing. Also my drink was good so it wasnât like she was rushing and so quality went down. No quality was still top notch even at the speed she...
Read moreThis is the most inconsistent Starbucks I have ever gone to. I've tried this place multiple times to make sure it wasn't me ordering incorrectly or differently, and today is the last time I will go back to this location. I have ordered the same drink and bakery item many times, and I read my order off the app to make sure it's the same each time. Not once has it been the same drink with the same taste and the same additions. I ask them to line the cup with caramel drizzle, sometimes they do. I ask for the same amount of syrup pumps in the same size cup, and it never tastes the same. The bakery items are a joke because you can ask for it to be warmed up and it comes out completely cold. Don't take the chance, just go to a...
