Oh boy, do I have a story for you! We were a party of 4 that had arrived at 6:20 pm. Our server did have a large party going on, but that was something we had already figured out and empathized with since 2/4 of us have been servers ourselves. We order waters (politely) and then order our food a little while later. More people kept piling in, and after 25 minutes of no one checking on us, we see other tables after us getting their food. Our eyes are darting around trying to figure out what was going on, when our waitress came up to us and said “Your food is more difficult to make, so that’s why other tables are getting theirs before you.” LOL. The food in question you may ask? 2 plates of chicken over a bed of rice, a burrito, and nachos. Man! We messed up. We should’ve asked the kitchen what they could’ve handled first since our waitress told us our order was difficult! On another note, no apology, she basically gaslit us and told us we were the reason our food wasn’t coming out fast because the order was difficult?? Any who, we understood and laughed it off and then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for her to come back-without our food- to tell us some guy is going back there to check on it because it’s slow. Okay, so just now? After 40 minutes, NOW someone is going to check? Please, just admit you forgot to put the order in more than once and move on. We are human and as servers, we’ve all done it! We get our meal almost an hour later (we had plenty of time to discuss, do we just leave or…?) but the food had ended up coming before the decided deadline. The food itself? It was totally fine. We were placing bets on who had the most “difficult” order that made us wait close to an hour for our meal…that mystery still remains….since we still had only seen our waitress about 5 times in almost two hours and were on a time crunch, I went up to the front desk to ask for our bill. The lady would not look up at me as I quietly said “excuse me? Ma’am?” 4 times. Finally she looked up, I had asked for our bill, and she said in a dismissive tone, “we’re getting it!” Damn! My bad! We’ve only been waiting 2 hours! Since being in the service industry, we do understand things happen, but the apathetic tone on these people were insane. They compensated us $5 off which was beyond generous after being gaslighted and ignored. Whatever, man. We at least got a good laugh out of it considering the staff dressed up for Halloween. We came to the conclusion that the cooks had hooks on their hands dressed as pirates and it was difficult for them because they had to pick up one grain of rice at a time with their debilitating costumes! Comedy gold, but we’ll...

This is the 2nd time that we have ate here . First time was amazing. The 2nd time was the worst service I have ever had. We had almost gone through the basket of chips before we was asked about drinks . The waiter that we got was holding a drink fridge down talking to another waitress the entire time . Food was quick and great . Then after we finished we sat there for awhile and my family got up and left the restaurant. I still sat there and waited for the bill at an empty table . I didn’t time it but it was far too long for the table not to be noticed. ( we arrived a little before 8pm and it was busy when we got there . But it cleared out quickly. By this time very few customers was left ) there was a both of workers sitting in a booth across the restaurant that had to of noticed me sitting there . A manger walk past me multiple times and never spoke to me . Once I got my bill and gave my card it was charged different than my total on the receipt. It was explained to me by them pointing at a small sign behind the greater that they charge a processing fee for card transactions. Not that it’s a huge deal but it would have been nice to know that before hand. I understand it’s posted but a small sign that’s most of the time has greater staff standing in front of is bad placement . I don’t think I will be...

Tried this place today July 27,2022. Trying to find a good Mexican style restaurant. This was not close to Mexican food at all… got seated quickly, waited a small time for drinks and salsa( not bad) but once ordering our food it took awhile to get. Not busy either.. once the food arrived I was hesitant to try. When ordering red chili sauce it shouldn’t smell like marinara sauce…… I only took two bites and was done.. the meat chunks in the burrito was bland zero seasonings at all. The rice was mushy mess and the beans had no flavor at all.. it was the “rio grande burrito “ I enjoyed my soda and that was all.. to be considered a Mexican restaurant you should have actual Mexican style… I won’t return to try anything else that was on the menu. If you have had any Mexican food before ,this place will be a disappointment to...

Worst Mexican fare in the area. My daiquiri tasted like cough syrup. There was so much cheap liquor and chunks of ice, I could not sip it. If you look at the photo, you can see the liquid just trapped in the straw(s) lol. When my food came, the tamales were cold and frozen in the center and hard on the ends and the dish was drowning in the worst sauce I have ever tasted. The waitress did not care at all that I had a whole plate of food and drink left on the table. The photos are what I left. She barely came to the table anyway. The music was crazy loud (they even turned it down before we left and they sat us at a booth right by two huge tables of loud people and the kitchen. It sucked... It's Washington though, so I'm not surprised. Just like eating in an elementary school cafateria.

This was my first time eating here. The place was clean and the service was very friendly and expedient. The chips and salsa had a good flavor, but the queso was pretty watery. I would probably pass again in the future. Our meals were pretty good. Some items were a little too salty, but most of the flavor was good. I would recommend for solid Mexican. Certainly not the best Mexican I’ve had but I would recommend as a solid choice for a place to eat.

We come here a lot and normally order things we've had before. Tonight was different as I saw Quesabirria as a special and after asking our server about, gave it a try. It was so good! You get 3 tacos that are crispy on the outside, with meat, cheese, onions, and cilantro on the inside, and the sauce on the side for dipping. They described it as a mexican stew meat and it was very tender. Highly recommend if it's on the menu when you go.
