Exit 11 Coffee Drive Thru (1) — Restaurant in Washington

They are still pre-pulling their espresso and storing it in a plastic squeeze bottle; that’s a bit off-putting when you expect fresh espresso. Of course they’re getting away with it because not everyone knows how espresso should be made, let alone owns a decent espresso machine.

If you go to literally any other good coffee shop, you will find espresso is pulled/made to order.

Even if you’re just getting a cup of hot coffee, you wouldn’t want them to reach into the fridge, grab a container of pre-brewed coffee, pour it in a mug, and then heat it up, would you?

Their employees are all very friendly, but I feel bad for them in terms of dealing with management; the owners think wearing face masks aren’t necessary, but...

Amazing coffee, Incredible staff, horrible owners. Only heard horror stories about them. Personally won't be going here anymore.

Edit: The passive aggressive response from the owner makes me believe the employees even more. Besides, I've heard bad things from former employees and from employees that were still working there. Asking you for your side is pointless as I'm already aware that you'll deny, but thanks for publicly confirming it instead of apologizing for any actions that may have upset employees. Exit 11 turned my teenage son and I into real coffee freaks! Now, we crave coffee anytime we want a treat or just had a long week. Exit 11 has the best coffee, in our opinion. We've tried alot of different coffee shops and still always say Exit 11 is our favorite. We usually get the Java Chip frappe or the White Chocolate frappe. Those are just our faves, but we've had all the frappes and we like iced coffees as well. Their iced raspberry Mocha is great! Their quiches are delicious as well as their breakfast bowls.
