They are still pre-pulling their espresso and storing it in a plastic squeeze bottle; thatās a bit off-putting when you expect fresh espresso. Of course theyāre getting away with it because not everyone knows how espresso should be made, let alone owns a decent espresso machine.
If you go to literally any other good coffee shop, you will find espresso is pulled/made to order.
Even if youāre just getting a cup of hot coffee, you wouldnāt want them to reach into the fridge, grab a container of pre-brewed coffee, pour it in a mug, and then heat it up, would you?

Edit: The passive aggressive response from the owner makes me believe the employees even more. Besides, I've heard bad things from former employees and from employees that were still working there.
