WOW!!! You don’t see many businesses that work the way this one does. Everything is about customer satisfaction from start to finish….and beyond! I went shopping for a dining room table with specific measurements. I cannot remember the gentleman’s name who helped me, but he was amazing. Found my table & the measurements were perfect. There was an unforeseen problem with it but boy were they all over it! Stacy in customer service immediately addressed the issue & got the help I needed in a very timely way. She was amazing to deal with! She is the true definition of what customer service should be. She sent Keith out to attempt to repair the issue. He was up front and said we needed a new table top. And that’s exactly what we got. In the blink of any eye! I wish every business treated its customers like this. I will be a lifelong customer! Read moreWe visited Missouri Furniture for the very first time. We were just "shopping" for a new sofa and really had no intention of making a purchase. By the time we were finished, we made several new purchases.
This was the most memorable and pain free furniture purchase I can ever remember. Our sales guy was Grant. We learned that he is a member of the family that owns Missouri Furniture. He was super knowledgeable and honest. If he didn't have an answer to a question he would excuse himself momentarily and come right back with the answer(s) we needed.
Grant stuck with us through the entire process and showed us many pieces to really hone in on the right product for our situation. We have several dogs, and that was a big part of the decision making process. He offered his advice and insight with that in mind and, ultimately, made the sale with ZERO pressure!

Read moreI went there to get the matching dressers to my bed in the first part ofJanuary. At that time there was a sale going on that you could get 25% off. I was excited to get them. I was able to get one the day I was there. They had to order the other one and I did Not get the 25% off. I was told that the other one would come in about4 weeks. At the 3 week mark they called me and said that it would come in around the 15th of February and they would call me when it came in. I waited another week and no one called. I finally called them and it had come in the week before. I asked why they didn't call and no body there could give me an answer why. I should of went with my first instinct to go to big lots I could have got them the same day. But I was told to go there because of the sale. I will not go back...
