Today, I attempted to place an order, just like I do every day. An older lady answered the phone, and she was incredibly rude. I immediately requested to speak with someone else because this is the third time I’ve ordered Mike’s pizza, and they have consistently gotten it wrong—forgetting to add ricotta cheese and even omitting the hot honey sauce. I called to ask for a slice of pizza and mentioned that I wanted to add special toppings, including ricotta cheese. This lady told me they don’t offer that and only have mozzarella cheese. Mind you, I always get ricotta on my pizza from Manny’s at every location I visit. I asked for the manager, Toney, and she said he wasn’t there, rolled her eyes, and walked away. I then asked if someone else could assist me, and she responded with 'Huh?' multiple times, as if she didn’t understand English. Now, I am going to try to get a refund for my previous orders. I hope I have pictures of the small pizza that was never made correctly; it costs $20 for a small. The other lady just sat there, and when I asked if she spoke English, she said no. I asked a guy for help, and he also said no. It’s frustrating to see people working in customer service who don’t want to help others. What is the issue with this black woman? I am an uber eats driver. I had a stack order that I picked up. I put the order in my car and decided to buy a soda because I was thirsty. As I was approaching the counter to pay for the drink, the employee behind the counter accused me of trying to steal soda. Really? I do tax resolution for a reason. Why do I want to steal? He thought I was walking out the store saying that I was stealing. What happened was that there was a crowd of customers at the counter where I had to walk around them to pay. Then, I confronted him and left the store and made my deliveries. After I dropped the food; I noticed that my rating went down from 94% to 93% just because of my profession and not having a delivery bag. There were other instances where the same guy that worked handed me the orders without the bag and never rated me bad because of it. When I called the merchant to let them know I had a DoorDash order that was terrible the young lady chose to be a professional make smart comments and tell me that I had to wait until tomorrow to speak to someone about an order that I received today. She said the manager Eleni would be back tomorrow and when I asked for her name she refused. She was very nonchalant about the quality of my food and provided below subpar service.
