McDonald's — Restaurant in Washington

New design is awful! The entrance is extremely tight and should be widened. The parking lot is not wide enough for cars to easily back out if sites when the drive thru line is long. One of the digital menu screens has mostly been inoperable since opening. The furthest out drive is curved oddly, with the menu screen positioned where it cannot be seen until you get passed the speaker. Having a viewable menu before getting to the speaker may assist with customers being prepared to order when the get to the speaker. Then customers are not taken in the order in which they arrive at the speakers because employees are not paying attention. Then when you get to the pick up window and your order is not ready they ask you to pull to the next window and then expect the customer at the pick up window to go around the person waiting....but there is not enough room to clear the vehicle waiting in fron of you. The area in ftont of the building does now allow enough room for parking in the designated spots and room for someone coming out of...

The biggest problem was cleanliness. We dined in and stayed for about an hour. All tables were dirty, few fries left on some tables, straw wrappers. The table we sat had a little dried up ketup on it, it was the larger one we did not need but seemed liked the cleanest. The point is, every table was dirty and it was noticeable. I never seen one employee attenpt to clean the area, I did notice two things thou, one employee restock the tents for ordering and the other was an employee coming back into the store and shot some trash at the trash can and he missed, he made no attempt to pick it up off the floor afterwards.

I dine inside with my kid to see if he wanted to play in the play area. Thankfully he did not, I assume it never gets clean. This is not how I remember McDonald's. This seems to be the current trend everywhere in fast food. Just gross inside the dinning area and no one cleans it.

The food would be rated higher but the lack of care in the dining area is a reflection of the quality...

When you go to this McDonalds and order your food - check the bag for the condiments you had asked for. I ordered pancakes and coffee. I asked for extra syrup and 6 sugars and a stir stick. As I was handed the bag, I inquired if they gave me 6 sugars, stir stick, and extra syrup. I was assured that it was all in the bag - WRONG!!!! NOT ONLY DID I GET NO SUGAR, STIR STICK, SYRUP, OR SUGAR; THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE THE FORK OR KNIFE!!! They didn't even provide the butter for the pancakes or napkins. By the time I discovered their failure to provide the essentials but they flat out lied to my face about what they provided me. The sad thing about all this is the fact that the employees were in their 30's. So they should have known better. Customer service should be number one on their list right next to providing a quality product. I sincerely hope that they get the same sort of service they gave me and that can not turn around to rectify...
