This place is utterly disgusting! Please keep in mind, this location recently undergone partial renovation. How is it that this is a newly renovated spot, and still gives off the look of it needing to be renovated. Who wants to solicit and dine in a place, where the floors look like they habe not been mopped or cleaned since it re-opened for business. Lastly, the manager on duty is a very rude and combative person. Who in the world hired such a volatile, neglectful and dismissive person to fulfill a LEADERSHIP role. What kind of example is she setting for the rest of the staff....for the McDonald's brand. I almost slipped and fell in a NASTY puddle of water. Read moreMy wife and i came here after downloading the McDonald's app on our phones the plan was for her to use it to get a free Quater pounder with cheese which she was excited to get and i was was supposed to be getting Medium fries for $1 and we got some other stuff too without the app. This man Willie was rude from the jump when she pulled out her phone to show him the app saying "oh we dont use that ", when she did once before and then she told him that he had to scan it or put in the code which finally he did saying it wouldn't work so she asked someone else and she told him what to do he just didnt want to so we called for the manager who handled the situation well and afterwards he was supposed to give my wife her receipt and he refused so the manager gave it to her and she then said something to him that we couldn't hear. Read moreThis is a location where it would easily be suggested that you USE THE DRIVE THRU whenever possible.The inside at times can be such a hang-out for all types of people...just hanging out. Some being loud, plenty asking for money (right at the end of the line).
I understand how some may think this is ok to treat this location this way but it is such an uncomfortable experience and does not resonate with McDonald's brand or what we come to expect as cuatomers.
A saving grace is that they had kiosks to order from between the cashiers and the seating and so if the line is longer and service is taking forever, you can bypass all of this by placing your own order- having the food prepared in the back seems to run the most consistently.
Overall the area is changing so hopefully this location is caused to make the necessary changes to make it a more quality experience... yes even...
