Muheisen's Bagel & Deli — Restaurant in Washington

I was killing time and found this place while searching for a good sandwhich. When I got there the parking lot was packed and when I got inside the space was small with 15 people waiting. Normally im impatient and would leave lol but I decided to wait and glad I did. They fly through customers in an efficient display that was fun to watch. I was hoping for a jalapeno cheddar bagel not knowing what their normal selection was but ended up with a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. I forgot to ask for it to be toasted ( I hate untoasted bagels) and the bacon was undercooked for my liking but despite that it was absolutely the best breakfast sandwhich I've ever had from anywhere. I regretted not getting bagels to take home with me. Definitely worth the drive. The whole ride home I couldn't stop thinking...

Yeah that's going to be a hard no on never going there again. Call ask to be put on hold, hearing a bunch of chaos in the background and other phones ringing, being answered and orders being taken while I sit on hold for almost 5 minutes. Had to hang up. Call back and ask to be put on hold again. I'm like yeah no thank you very much. Place my order, get there and as I wait for my food I am said by the same guy, hey can I help you like I'm a new customer at least three times after I have paid. Then the guy comes out knocking on my window saying I don't think I rang you up for them orange juices. It was $27 for two breakfast sandwiches two orange juices and a coffee. I'm not from the area but somehow I always wind up getting bagels from Muheisen's. The bagels are always perfect. It doesn't matter if you order first thing in the morning or late in the afternoon, the bagels are always going to be great. My biggest regret is that I'm not closer. I'm sticking with 5 stars but I would regret not pointing out a small problem we has last time we visited Muheisen's. My wife grabbed a soda and when we got home she noticed it was "expired" from October of last year. That's my only complaint. Other than that was time where the soda was out for sale past the sale date the entire place is great. Definitely worth the trip if you're in the area, and sometimes even...
