Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Washington

Can you eat just the pizza crust without any ranch from here? Possibly but I would say it's similar to like a Papa John's so you might want to ask for ranch however they use Ken's ranch which is okay but it's store bought it's not homemade so it's not really the greatest if you have a bottle of ranch you're better off saving your money.

I wanted to order a margarita pizza but it was not available through the online ordering process so I just went with a pepperoni because at least it's one of the easier pizzas for anybody to make.

Ingredients: the quality was actually just okay it's probably sourced from Cisco and you can taste that it is commercial grade in quality. The sauce was too acidic from using unripe tomatoes and gave me bad heart burn. This only happens to me with bad sauce. I do not know how often they make their sauce and where they source their ingredients from but I won't be trying any other pizzas from here.

Execution of cooking: it was properly cooked and the crust is perfectly crisp but lacking flavor of good dough.

Presentation: not good, either it was because it is during a lunch rush although it should have been towards the end of it or the employee just doesn't care and threw pepperoni on it where are some slices don't have nearly as much as others. My order was scheduled for 12pm delivery and we did not receive until 1:33pm. After calling 4 times and being told by the rep on the phone that the driver was on his way; the driver should be pulling up as we speak until the last call the owner comes on the phone at 1:23pm and said he is bringing the order and he will be there in less than 10 minutes. So I was lied to! The manager did not apologize but exclaimed he will give me a 20% discount that did not happen. Hence, I stopped at this location and the manager told his staff that he is busy and he can't plug in the discount and deal with the situation right now. How rude and inconvenient that I have to wait again. It's now 2:38pm and I'm still waiting! I feel bad that the rep is trying to figure out how to apply do that I don't have to stand in this cold building and waiting for manager to not be occupied. By the way this temperature is about 50 degrees in here in I am certain this violates employment regulations. I ordered a Greek salad for myself and my wife. Should be no surprises as it is made in a very uniform Way by all Pizza Boli's and I'm only meaning the ingredients but for some reason we have no idea what kind of salads that we were sent. That's not even the worst of it some of the vegetables were not even fresh then there was American cheese instead of feta there were other issues but here's the one that really ticked me off the most. I ordered triple chicken and I ordered my wife double chicken they decided to dice the chicken up into very very very very very small cubes to make it appear as if it's more chicken. When they remade the meals the next day it still wasn't up to par . If you're really hungry I say grab something to eat but I honestly do not recommend this location especially for anyone working with their money.
