Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Washington

I ordered 12 wings for delivery. Half Cajun other half hot buffalo wings, two blue cheeses. Order arrives after abut 40 minutes, I tip the driver 5 bucks i glance at the order i tell the driver the order is wrong i didnt see any buffalo wings only cajun he assured me the order was right the buffalo wings were on the bottom. I get back upstairs to the lunch room open up the container all dried up Cajun wings with one ranch dressing no buffalo wings no blue cheese. I called the driver back and let him know. He informed me he would immediately bring back a new correct order that was hot. I wait around for 25 minutes, lunch break is over. They call back saying the driver is downstairs he has with him two blue cheeses and a little container of buffalo sauce. I guess i was suppose to pour cold buffalo sauce over CAJUN wings, which are damn near frozen by now. hummmy cold Cajun wings with cold buffalo sauce. Worst customer service ever, obviously this manager is clueless about what customer service is. Get the order right the first time if your to stingy to cook more wings and bring them back out. So I ordered some food via doordash. One of the orders was a 6 piece wing which is 10.49. I was double charged 20.98 for a single order of 6 wings. I contacted doordash who directed me to the restaurant as they stated the restaurant sets the prices on doordash. My food had arrived by this time, but as a courtesy, I called the restaurant to share of the price error so it could be fixed for future customers (I wasn’t asking for a refund etc). I was met with an extremely rude worker who attempted to gaslight me and deflect from my concern by throwing in irrelevant details. He then told me that I paid for it so it’s not their fault, thus letting me know that they are fully aware that they are overcharging customers. He told me to contact doordash and ended the call. I love Pizza Boli’s however this type of service is NOT acceptable especially when a customer is just trying to help out. In this economy, people are trying to make it, so we need to be apart of the solution and not add to the problem. When you go to a restaurant you should expect to be treated fairly and not ridiculed when speaking up. Shame on this establishment. I won’t go back and don’t recommend anyone else to go there as I fear that they might be...

Ok my first time ordering here I wanted something different from where I normally go like Ledos my favorite or pizza hut cause they close to my house so we order the 2 large speclity pizza and got it delivered wellllll I was piss off when they got here and said come out so um like where u at they said they was on the main St I said I don't live there on the main street u have to come around to the back the driver told me they don't and not allowed to come in the parking lot what they should have said that when I got it delivered don't wait till u get here and say that so my daughter had to walk all the way to the front on the main Rd 😠 I understand they looking out for there safely and I am to for my daughter I can't go out and walk that far that's y we get food delivered and they all come to the parking lot with no problem so if I would have none that I would have ordered else where that don't have a provpro coming in the parking lot that was crazy and I was disappointed but the pizza was good tho but the point is let people no if u have delivery restrictions or rules...
