PARIS NAILS & SPA — Local services in Washington

So, I wrote a review of this place a few months ago - and it was a great one. I have been coming here for about a year now and they were very consistent in getting good work. I would recommend and rave about this place to everyone! However, the last time I went I had a horrible experience. I have been growing out my nails and this was the first time I needed to cut them. The woman who did my nails absolutely RUIENED all of my progress. Every nail was a different length and shape. I told her at the end that I was very bothered and she grabbed my hand and kept cutting, and would not let my hand go. While this was happening, the shop owner was watching and did nothing. When I went to check-out, he still did or said nothing. Now, if that was not bad enough - the nail that she was working on when grabbing my hand broke a few days later. The entire nail broke and was bleeding and now it has a band-aid on it so it doesn't get infected. I am completely disappointed in the artist and owner - especially since they knew me.

I was not afforded the chance to get any service here because the front desk receptionist’s flippant attitude sent me running out of there. I have a builder gel set that I cracked whilst at work and needed a quick fix as my nail tech lives a significant distance away. Popped in to explain the issue and she indirectly said no, they wouldn’t be able to match the current color on my nails. Ladies and gentlemen, the color is dark green polish with a cat eyes on top, as you can see in my attached picture. I then asked for clarification that they don’t have cat eye and she said yes but they had nothing to match and off hand pointed to a display of drum roll cat eye lol I promptly left and plan on never returning because clearly the entire exchange was meant to steer me away from being a patron there. I’ll stick to my private nail techs who offer customer service with their businesses.

I have been coming to this nail salon for the past few months and Titi has been amazing. Today I came in for an appointment that I called in and scheduled in advance. The service started off well with Jon but about 10 minutes in a previous customer from another day came in requesting a fix and Jon decided to stop servicing me for around 15 minutes (enough time for me to walk out and order a coffee) and when he finally started my service again he began to rush through. Prior to starting the painting of my nails he decided to move me to the pedicure station to make place for his new client and for the remainder of the time I had to uncomfortably sit and cross my arm over my body to get my nails painted and cured at an angle.

I will not be back until Titi’s return, and that’s if I can’t find a better place. I’m disgusted and saddened to feel discarded as a...
