Not happy with my service!! I had pulled up to the drive thru, asked for a cheeseburger with only ketchup, with fries and a small soda. The man informed me that "We do not do cheese". No problem I said. Within seconds my order was ready. I was very excited to eat it but within minutes of me returning to work, I then realized why it was done so quickly. It was almost raw in the center. I showed a colleague, who agreed. I took another bite just to be sure but it was really pink and very, very thin. Basically the outside was just browned. I threw the burger in the garbage. The fries were good but I asked for ketchup packets and they were stuck together with sticky mess because a packet must have leaked and was all over the 3 packets they gave me. Definitely not worth 7 something and very glad I had gift certificates. Not sure why everyone raves about this place unless I had a bad employee or went on an off day. This was the Shorty's on 844.
