Starbucks — Restaurant in Washington

First off, the staff is always always friendly and greets you immediately when walking in. I use this location often due to it being conveniently located within walking distance to my office. I went this morning and ordered a venti pink drink. I noticed when I got to work it was rather white looking and when I took a sip it was majority coconut milk. I called the store and they asked if I could come back in so they could remake my drink and luckily I was able to. I walked in again to smiling faces and Leroy informing me my new drink was almost done. I walked up to the counter and he gave me my new one remade and I have to say it was the best pink drink I've ever had. I don't know what kind of magic he put into it but I'm grateful! Leroy didn't make me feel awkward at all for correcting a mistake and I felt just as welcome as before. They all accept any critism so well and they really are driven to do/be better. It's truly refreshing. Leroy and the others didn't just correct a mistake, they made it so much better. I wish I remembered the batista's name who answered the phone, he did mention he worked drive thru but he was amazing as well and apologized so easy. This visit was for not only my own, but for my lovely wife of 28 years. She had asked for a specific drink and I tried this location, since it was closer to her work. I am So Grateful that I did! The staff here are Wonderful!! I did a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru, but it was at least 12 cars in line, so I decided to go in with my prosthetic leg in tow! Upon opening the door, I was greeted with a Sincere Welcome by at least 4 of the employees and All were genuinely Happy & Smiling! They were Very Busy, but took the time to make this old man feel Welcomed and Happy to be there! They were just finishing up my order & made sure that everything was bagged up for me & got me a tray to help carry 3 drinks as well. It was an Excellent example of some of the Best Customer Service I have had in a while!! They knew what I would need before my Old Brain could think of what will help me get things out the door! Now, to our food & drinks.. they were some of the Best Made drinks I have had of my favorites & I know that I will be coming back to this location for More.. Guaranteed! Thank you to all staff here! The employee named Jamie who was working today 9/27/2018 around 4pm is the absolute WORST. This is not the first time I have had to deal with her and I knew as soon as I began ordering and she began screwing up my order, that it was her taking my order. I literally turned to the passenger in my car and said “I bet that’s Jamie. She always screws up the whole order”. She gets every part of your order wrong. She tries to add things to your order even though you literally just told her that you don’t want what she offered. Then, my favorite part about her is, even though the customer has been explicitly clear, she does not take responsibility for screwing up, she turns it around in the customer, acting dumb and saying “oh, but just a minute ago I thought you said....”. I heard her doing this to multiple other customers as well. She is absolutely incompetent and frustrating, turning a fun coffee run into an annoyance. I don’t want to pay a ton of money for coffee in the first place, but when I do, I certainly don’t eat to have to walk the employees through their jobs at the same time.
