Food was delicious, portions are good sizes, and everything was fast. It was our first time there so we weren't sure if we should sit or order at the counter since we were dining in but we got it figured out and enjoyed our meal. The free soup was tasty and I appreciated the sign clarifying that it was indeed free for dine in customers. We got the spicy chicken, gyoza, LO mein, and salmon teriyaki. Everything came out fast and very tasty. I really appreciated that they offered chicken breast specific entrees since I'm not a fan of dark meat/thigh. We are new to the area and excited to try more of the menu next time!

I was eating an order of tofu yakisoba when I felt something sharp poke the back of my throat. I spit out the bite of food and found a thin strip of metal. I then searched around the rest of the dish and found two more similar looking pieces of metal. I'm really hoping I didn't ingest any as it seems sharp enough to cause internal bleeding. Additionally, albeit less concerning, I also found quite a few bits of meat in what should have been a vegetarian dish. I've had this same dish here several times before and it's always been perfect so I don't know what happened this time but I no longer feel safe eating here.

Delicious! We ordered the teriyaki chicken plate (I substituted Yakisoba for rice) and Spicy Chicken Bento (he substituted rice for salad). The food was absolutely delicious, the people are friendly, and the place is very clean (even the vents). We both got full as portions are quite generous. My son, who is a big guy, needed a box. They had no problems with our substitutions and did not charge extra for them. The environment was relaxing and asthethically pleasing. They showed support for local schools (i.e. Skyview High) and other local community organizations (i.e. CCFD #6). We will definitely be back!

Called in and ordered the Kung Pao chicken and asked for it to be mild. Picked it up and got home and took one bite and it was the most spicy Kung Pao I'd ever had!......not only that but the Kung Pao wasn't anything like any Kung Pao I'd ever had out of the dozens I'd had in the past. Their Kung Pao chicken had no peanuts, no zucchini, no anything like I was expecting. It had carrots, baby corn, and broccoli in it. Shge apologized but I still had to take it back which was a huge pain which isn't fun when you're settled in for the evening and just want to enjoy your dinner. I got there and she told me that she couldn't re-make the side of pan-fried noodles that I ordered because there wasn't anything wrong with them but the Mongolian Beef that I ordered was being made. I asked her if it was being made and she said no. I told her that I ordered it and never said there was anything wrong with it and just wanted it. So now this was going to slow me down even more. I was already shocked that they hadn't offered to discount or pay for my Ku g Pao chicken that they had screwed up.... because typically when a restaurant screws up your meal and you have to drive back across town that's the least they'll do! I thought that if they weren't going to do that then maybe they could pay for my $3 side of noodles. NOPE!...

This is my favorite teriyaki place ever. The location is full on 1970's burger joint with stereotypical Chinese artwork on parts of the walls, and local high school jerseys on the other. Almost a dive of a location. Decent prices for the amount of delicious food made to order. The sweet lady at the counter, well I can only understand about 1/4 of what she says (less if you order by phone, so just don't lol), but the cooks OMG so good at what they do. I rave about this place all of the time. I've tried spendyer teriyaki places and each time it leaves me wanting my K.C. Teriyaki. 9/10 would recommend would give 5 stars or 10/10 but the egg drop soup is free for dine-in only, no biggie, but I can't even get them to sell me a to go bowl. I'm thinking of ordering dine-in and then finishing my soup eat a couple bites of my meal and then asking for it to be boxed up to-go. If they'd sell me a bowl of the soup for like $2 10/10 5 stars, top grade no matter how...

It's not often I'm impressed with a restaurant. Usually I leave with at least one or two things to nit pick about. We had been meaning to stop by KC for a few weeks but always forget. Today our normal place was closed and we finally remember to stop in here.

First impressions are everything with me and I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. It's not fancy but it's very well decorated and clean. We were happily greeted by the guy behind the counter as we walked in. Everything was laid out nicely and the menu had a great selection. It's not often that the people taking your order are interested in anything more than doing just that. This guy was very interactive and that is rare, outside of larger sit down restaurants.

We were surprised yet again about how much you got. I ordered the chicken and pork combo and got more than I expected. So now when we are able to get away for lunch, this is our new place! Sorry for the long review, I...
