Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Washington

Ordered a double scoop and a layered sundae. The young man making my order picked the wrong kind of ice cream for the sundae and I watched him shake the scoop out of the sundae cup and back into its tub and then scoop the right flavor in without disinfecting/rinsing the scoop and without changing the sundae cup. He also did not layer the product at all, he just scooped the ice cream in and then drizzled the sauce on the top. The food is fine, luckily we don't have any allergies but if he had done that to someone with an allergy to a certain kind of ice cream flavor (in this case it was PEANUT BUTTER, one of the most common allergens in the world), they could have had a serious allergic reaction. I've always enjoyed BR's ice cream but hadn't been there in years and recently decided to try their new "Tiger Milk Boba Tea." This was a huge disappointment for me, I drank half of it (trying to give it a fair chance) and ended up throwing out the rest. The tea tasted chemical-y, not too strong but just a weirdly unpleasant flavor. The popping boba were bland and didn't have much flavor at all (I much prefer tapioca pearls), and the brown sugar did taste slightly burned or just... off. The whole drink is also very sweet. Tiny, TINY scoops of ice cream. They're definitely pinching that penny compared to any other BR I've ever visited. Disappointing since I chose to spend nearly $6 when I could have gotten a gallon of ice cream for that price at the store.

I also got the vibe that I was interrupting him or an inconvenience to his time. I wasn't inside for but maybe 2 minutes between searching the flavors, ordering and paying, so I don't understand why.
