Starbucks — Restaurant in Washington

The worst service ever. The “manager” was absolutely rude and unprofessional! I came in to have my drink remade because at a different location (down the road) the sweet barista ordered my coffee wrong! Mind you, we all are wearing mask! So I understand it can be hard to hear or speak! Anyway, I happen to already be at this location here when I realized my drink was made wrong so I was hoping they could fix it (barely sipped it)! From the beginning that “manager” had an attitude! She didn’t want to make my drink and then the audacity to “explain” why they couldn’t fix it. I wouldn’t even have cared if she charged me for it! It’s just disturbing and sad that people are so quick to judge, especially towards people who are keeping the business going! Ridiculous!
