This morning I order a sandwich and it's still cold. Brung it to the baristas attention. By which she was alone with a pretty hefty line. She says oh I can put it back in for you. She does and iver cooks it. I ask for a refund and it's as if it's my fault I ate halfway through my sandwich and it was absolutely cold. She then says it's not her fault that it was overcooked. She didnt have the common sense to stop the microwave. Customer service was poor. Obviously because she was understaffed and it's close to her getting off. Which she disnt hesitate to let it be known. This is not the type of customer service our community needs. Especially after you sell a cold breakfast sandwich. Hope my next visit is more professional than this. If I decide to ever visit this...
Read moreNo customer service. The women that work at this particular location are rude and are disrespectful. They have an attitude most days. I stood at the counter waiting to order - they did not greet me or say anything to me to acknowledge my presence. They continued talking to their friend. When they were done then they came over and just waited until I said my order. No greeting. No apologies for the wait. Nothing.
