Food? Great. Service? Great. Atmosphere? Great. Pizza order? Not great. Read all the way through. This RTP is our go to for pizza. Has been for 10 years, as the orders were always spot on, and the pizza is as good as you can get for a chain. Our go-to pizza only has two toppings, and we double both - pepperoni x2 and fresh diced tomatoes x2. The most recent pickup is pictured. I don't know about you, but I don't see a single pepperoni, let alone x2. Going forward, when calling in an order to anyplace - even one that you have a decade track record with, I suggest... 1) If calling in the order, if they don't automatically read it back to me, request they read it back to verify. 2) When picking up the pizza, ask the person to read the order to you when you get there, to verify. 3) Open the box right then and visually verify it is your order. Yes, half of this pizza has been eaten. As I said RTP has the best chain pizza locally, we were hungry, traffic was a nightmare due to SuperBowl prep, plus the snow and road conditions - we were not going back out to ask for a correct order. So, I figured make the best of a decent, though, incorrect pizza. Yes, I could have opened the box to check while standing in front of the people who made it, but because this location has had a 10 year track record with correct orders for me, I didn't feel the need to insult them by opening the box. It was only a two ingredient pizza. I still gave them 3 stars because of the track record, but just do your homework. I knocked off two because it was incorrect. I'll take perfect pizza from a place with poor customer service if picking up. I know I learned a lesson on this very busy social weekend.

Ok, I love great food and great pizza. I travel a lot and I never leave 5 star reviews for restaurants. There is no way possible that I cannot leave 5 stars for Round Table Pizza... I love small, one off places (3 off in this case😁). I ordered a pepperoni, mushroom, sausage and extra cheese skinny pie. I have eaten pizza all over the country and have had more than my share of pizza. This place truly cares about quality ingredients and amazing pizza. What an absolute gem of a place, this review is for the Lynwood location. I am thoroughly enjoying my comfort food on the road and it truly makes me me happy to have this for dinner. Thank you so much for an amazing pie!! Great work!

I wish I could leave minus 5 stars. This place has gone to holy hell. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was so burnt n didn’t even resemble a “round table pizza”. Used to be our fav. Now it’s an abomination. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY. When trying to speak w management I was told by a driver that they can’t speak or understand much English. ThT doesn’t bother me at all, However have a back up person who can, if you want to stay in business. Super disappointing that this is what’s become of this place. No more RTP as we know it. Won’t ever ever ever return.

Worst round table on the west coast. Every time I go there my order is wrong, missing items, or I'm over charged. Half the time it tastes funny like they're ordering cheaper ingredients unapproved by the franchise because it has never tasted different anywhere else. The customer service at this location is abysmal. At all the other locations there's a wait, I get that, it's worth it to me. Any where else they're apologetic about the wait, offer me a fountain drink, ect. I don't expect that at all locations, but here they seemed upset that I showed up on time. When I sat down at the table waiting on my phone they kept shooting me nasty looks like they were upset I was occupying a table, even though the place was empty. This time I ordered on Uber ears. We ordered two dipping sauces in the 5oz size. One ranch one blue cheese. We only got one 2oz ranch. My husband's pizza was missing all of the meat toppings and they added veggies he didn't ask for. Only my pizza was kind of right. Next to no toppings and almost raw when I asked for well done cook. At this point it's time for the franchise to pull...

I ordered online at 5:30. The receipt said it would be ready around 5:44. I went in around 5:50 and was told that they were still working on my order. I watched others walk in after me and receive their orders assuming they must have been coming in at their 15 minute time frame. At 6:03 one of the workers told me that my order was NOW being put in the oven. It wasn't even touched or being worked on as I was told before. As I watched them prep my food I see ticket upon ticket not being pulled from the ticket machine putting them further behind on orders. Once my order was being handed to me, he then tells me that they forgot to bake the garlic bread and asked if I wanted to wait for it. Of course I had to wait, I needed my full order. My order was a small order and no reason for it to take nearly an hour to be ready. The team needs to communicate better amongst each other in the back. There is no communication and the team is just making assumptions that someone else is handling the orders.

Love the food, but for a premium price for premium product, the team needs to get on the level of...
