Stoped by there after picking up my son on the way home. Walked in about 15 seconds behind a gentleman at 8:22 pm. As I opened the door I started asking if they were still open because online it says you close at 9 pm. The other customer proceeds to tell me the young lady is closing for the night as she’s serving him. I asked, “so your closing almost 40 minutes early?” Not to mention serving the gentleman that walked in 15 seconds in front of me. She did let my son and I in and we were served. But it was awkward. I realize their is pre-closing duties you can do, I’ve worked at subway as one of my first jobs and have worked in a few restaurants. But turning people away so early while your serving another customer is a little much dont you think? Read moreWent here on Thursday, 19 May, at 2:30 and was the only customer present. Ordered the foot long, Black Forest Ham sandwich. The lady behind the counter never offered or asked if I wanted it toasted, simply put the ham on the cold bread and asked impatiently if I wanted anything else on it. "Like Duh, well yeah!" After each ingredient she would start to finish it up, not wanting to be troubled to have to actually put on lettuce, mayo, tomatoes (heaven forbid you want tomatoes) etc.. I have never been so rushed anywhere like this in my life (70) maybe that's the problem, she doesn't like "old people." Paid with cash, and they automatically dropped my loose change into their tip jar, what gall! Well, they will not have to worry about this old person stopping by ever again. Will shop on Portland...
Read moreI went in to the store today at 5:49 pm. The female worker in there walked out, didn't say one "hello, welcome" or anything. Instead she mumbles "how many sandwiches?" I was so taken aback but said "one". She then mumbled "what bread?" Still not ever looking at me. I said "aren't you going to say hi?" She didn't even look at me so I said "never mind" and began to walk out. She then turned to go back to the back again. I turned around and said "next time, you should say hi, it's called customer service." She didn't even let me finished, just walked away without saying anything. The lack of customer service should be embarrassing for this store. This girl has no business working in customer service. I will never go back...
