horrible experience and will never come back again! i called my order in over the phone and found out about this place by looking them up on facebook. I couldn't find their menu on any websites but they had photos posted on facebook about their menu. I asked for beef fried rice and grilled pork and fried roll vermicelli noodle salad. The lady over the phone could not for the life of me understand my last order. i said it three times slowly and well pronounced. i had to say "noodle salad bowl...grilled pork and fried roll". the lady kept asking me what i wanted, if i wanted friend rice with pork or something else. She could not understand me. So since she was on speaker phone and the facebook page was up i just stated the combo number. I told her i was on the facebook page and i saw a menu on the photos page, and she never once said that it was not an updated menu. She kept repeating a different menu item over and over and i said, no, i want the grilled pork and fried roll noodle salad. She was then laughing and saying something in another language and made the rude statement of "finalllllly" when she finally got my order right. when i came to pick up my food, they didn't even acknowledge me and when i said my name, they just started laughing and talking amongst themselves in a different language. One of waitress then started laughing and tried correcting my order. I told them it wasn't funny, and they said that the menu was wrong on facebook. I said i understand that menus can change. But the point was-i asked for "grilled pork and fried roll noodle salad bowl"....and i said that FOUR friggin' times! The last two times i said it slowly and the lady over the phone who had terrible english made a guessing game out of it! They started pointing to a to go menu and said they don't manage facebook. I don't need to know and understand your process of not maintaining the facebook page! Like i said over the phone, i wanted the grilled pork and fried roll rice bowl and they could not understand that FOUR times. They just started laughing at me at the restaurant and kept bringing up the facebook page and the photo of a menu. Then started laughing even more. I told them they were being rude and unprofessional and i also said i didn't appreciate being laughed at.... and they just brushed me off. Terrible service and their food wasn't even good. Shame on you. at least have professionals at your restaurant. it would help if they understood and spoke...
Read moreLevel of customer service here is extremely lacking. Came in to dine at this establishment today. As I come in, I see a sign posted "No public restrooms". I asked the gentlemen behind the counter if the restroom would be made available to his customers. And after a short hesitation, he said yes. So I proceed in and the server sits me at a table directly across from another party that is dining. There were other tables available. So for privacy and comfort, I asked to be moved to another table. They refused to honor my request as a customer saying that the booths and larger tables were for larger groups. This is mid-afternoon and not too busy. At this point, I know I should have gotten up and walked out. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After ordering my food, I ask the cashier to direct me to their restroom. He points to a hallway leading to the back. The entry way to hallway was blocked off with chairs. He just stood there and watched me move them to gain access to the hallway. I go to the restroom and let's just say it was way below the cleanliness standards for a restroom in an eating establishment (which explains his hesitation to answer my question about the restroom in the beginning). Again, should have walked then. I sit down and another server brings my food. No visible eating utensils. As I am trying to get her attention, I noticed a small plastic fork and spoon intertwined within the little tray of bean sprouts. Would have been nice if she had pointed that out. As I am eating my meal, not once did the cashier or server come by to check on me. Needless to say, I will not be frequenting this...
Read moreGave the atmosphere a 5 because it’s like any other pho restaurant as you walk in. Placed an online order for pho, had my boyfriend pick it up. He came and saw it was on the counter but the girl told him it wasn’t ready, came back and gave him a different bag that did not appear to have a pho container. He asked her to be sure, is this the pho for Christina, to which she responded yes. He comes home, and I open it up to find rice. I return and tell her she gave us the wrong order. She said that my boyfriend should have told her the order was for pho, which he did. I doubt there were two Christina orders on a slow Tuesday evening, and even if there were, perhaps check to see what they ordered? She proceeds to grab my order, open it up to check it - it’s a clear container with noodles and meat and the other container is broth. But I guess you have to double check. The kicker is that I placed the order under my name - and I am Vietnamese. Right as I turn to leave, I heard her talk to the older Vietnamese woman about me. That’s very unprofessional, i didn’t receive an apology for the mix up, and they assumed I wasn’t Vietnamese even though I am fluent and can understand. On to the food, the meat was not great quality, broth was decent for a pho restaurant around here. Probably won’t order again though just because I am put off by the experience. But for average pho, price and...
