My recent experience at Burger King left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to provide feedback in the hopes of improving future customer experiences. Despite placing a sizable order totaling over $60 to accommodate my family of 7, the service received fell short of expectations.
Specifically, our order included 4 Whoppers with cheese and mayo, as well as 2 plain Whoppers. However, upon receiving our order, it became apparent that the mayo application was inconsistent, with only half the intended amount present on each Whopper. This resulted in an unbalanced and unsatisfactory taste experience, which was disappointing given the anticipation of enjoying a satisfying meal.
Furthermore, the demeanor of the drive-thru employee during the ordering process was less than satisfactory. Despite clearly communicating the size and complexity of our order, the employee exhibited a disinterested attitude and repeatedly questioned whether our order was complete after each item was specified. This lack of attentiveness and engagement contributed to a sense of frustration and dissatisfaction with the overall experience.
In addition to the issues encountered during the ordering process, attempts to rectify the situation through communication with the store were met with challenges. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store via phone to address the discrepancies in our order, our calls were consistently ignored. It was only after persistent efforts and the involvement of my spouse that we were able to reach the store and speak with the manager, Keith.
While I appreciate the respectful manner in which Keith handled the situation, the persistence of errors in our order despite his intervention was disheartening. Even after a thorough triple check of our order, the same mistakes persisted, indicating a systemic issue in the order fulfillment process that requires attention and improvement.
As a loyal customer who values the convenience and quality of service offered by Burger King, I am disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction demonstrated during this visit. While I understand that mistakes can occur in fast-food establishments, the significant investment of $65 should warrant a higher standard of service and accuracy in order fulfillment.
I sincerely hope that my feedback serves as constructive criticism and encourages a reevaluation of internal processes to ensure a more seamless and satisfying customer experience in the future. Thank you for your attention to this...
Read morewe went there tonight and they had our food done by the time we got to the window which I thought was weird because I ordered 20 dollars worth of food including chicken, but it was late 11pm and I busted wanted to get home eat and go to bed so I was cool with it. we got out the car and because the packed my bag so full it ripped right down the side nd all my food fell out on the ground. I lost the fries but the rest was still wrapped so it whatever. We sit down to eat and I take night out of my whopper and they had thrown 6 pickles one on top of the other in one spot I picked them off and finished my semi hard burger then I opened my chicken sandwich and it is way over cooked cold and so dry that it's hard as a brick. so I look for the receipt and couldn't find it cause they didn't give me one so I had to Google the store number. Read moreI go to Burger King 3 times a week at a out 10:30 am on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday before I go and do 4 hours of dialysis in Puyallup. It is my comfort food, I have been getting the chicken nugget meal, medium, with an unsweetened ice tea with extra ice for a very long time. That's all I order, very rarely get anything else. I paid one price for this meal because it was reasonable, a couple weeks ago I went to order it and the very rude girl in the drive thru said they don't have a nugget meal. I told her I've been getting it for years, she argued with me so I drove around and went in to talk to the manager. WILL (THE MANAGER), did not even come to the register to talk with me. The poor girl apologized and all he did was listen to what the girl was telling me. He wasn't smiling, kept giving me dirty looks when you was trying to tell him way in the back I've been getting this deal 3 days a week for years at this price. They wanted to charge me almost 5 dollars more then I had been paying. I know this is long, but I love it when I go on Thursday and Saturday. Those employees know how to treat a long time customer. WILL NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT FAITHFUL CUSTOMERS BETTER! He has taken my comfort food away from me on Tuesdays when I have to go and face my dialysis, it was the one thing that made me feel better these past few years. He is a problem, I just can't tell you how upset he made me, actually turned around when I was trying to raise my voice enough for him to hear me in the back. Them turned around and said he didn't care if I went somewhere else....
