Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Washington

Every time I come here they forget stuff. So i stopped going to this location on 112th canyon for a long while. this time he didn't get my tacos he didn't ring them up !! that's all I looked for in our food it looked like 3 meals to me but it was not. I get home and my grams onion rings and my mother's hole meal even the pop was still at the jackinthebox drive threw. who knows if they even made it that's how much they don't care. The guy looks on one and not a good person to have at the drive threw window he asked me for donations one day and held his hole head and hand out the drivethrew window I was shocked I said excuse me I didn't hear you he said yeah we take donations now. he was in my face literally hanging out the window. he just handed me my change he's holding his hand out to ask if i will dontate my 7dollars I'm still pissed about them always getting over on me !! there was nobody when I pulled up then I had 5 cars behind me so I felt I was holding up people because they forgot my food. what a shame not a good place to go at night time I don't know about day time. my spicy chicken sandwich meal medium is $15.95 a meal so it's not cheap to eat there they raised prices crazily high I can go to olive garden for how much...

Today was a really good day for me and I decided to help a person that was holding a sign by taking them inside to eat. I bought the person a milkshake, fries and a double bacon cheeseburger because they looked hungry. A milkshake was spilled. We both got milkshake on our hands trying to clean it up and I asked if the bathroom was available and what the code was and I was told it was locked and it was out of order. I’ve then saw a guy coming from the bathroom and asked him if the door was open and if it was working, he said yes it was. I went back and I checked, and I was able to wash my hands except for the gentleman who I had fed wasn’t able to wash his.

Business is the worst. You should give someone the use of a bathroom because they’re homeless if they are a customer and they should be able to use the restroom. This is the absolute worst Jack-in-the-Box that I have ever been to. You can look at that person’s photo that I included in my review.

I would probably give more stars if the person who served me which was employee J at 2:25:36 p.m. on January 23, 2025 hadn’t lied to me about the bathroom being out of service. This is just...

I love JIB....this place was so disgustingly filthy that I took pictures. Unbelievable!!! Horrifying!!! Inside looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Sticky old goo in the corners, under the tables, splashed all over the soda dispenser and condiment bar. overflowing garbage inside and out. cardboard spread all over the parking lot. spare car parts and garbage in the bushes. food residue left on the tables. crows at the drive thru. The place wasnt busy- and i know why. Find yourself another JIB to frequent. The owner of this place is obviously absent- there is no way anyone would allow this to happen, yet i see from other reviewers that I am not the only one to see this problem. Seriously- this place is a Health Department Inspection waiting to happen. I am just a customer- don't know any employees/owner, never worked here. Stopped in as i was in the area...makes my skin crawl...
