Slow service. Unkind staff. Order was inaccurate. I placed an order for three subs and curbside pick up the employee delivered it 22 minutes after I arrived with 18 minutes after estimated completion. There was three employees in the store and no customers during that duration. I had a sick kid in the car and I need to stop and get some food on the way home and couldn’t get out the car. When I go home, one of the subs was completely wrong not what I ordered. I called SUBWAY® and the employees said, “well that person went home for the day and we can’t do nothing about it”. I asked if their protocols to make it correct and the person said you have to come back and get a new sub. I told him I had a sick in the car and it was I had to come back no matter what, and he said, “that sucks man”. I can’t believe the lack of awareness being able to attend an order, complete an order accurately, and remedy the situation to meet the customer. They didn’t appreciate knowing that the customer went out their way do get the correct order and not to their fault, but due to the employees at subways fault. The manager (her name is Max) came over and said the owner only allowed me to have 7 small pieces. I replied that onions are cheep and your supposed is be able to get what you want on your sandwich. The manager said this is the owners policy. She was also very rude. Another customer came in and she knew him and proceeded to tell him about all the bad customers she had today. Read morePrevious review from 5 months ago was 5 stars and I used to order through the app here once a week, almost every week. It used to have friendly staff, be clean and never get my order wrong. BUT now I don't think they've gotten it right a single time the last 3 times I've ordered. I order the turkey italiano with turkey, salami and pepperoni on a spinach wrap. Only turkey on a tomato basil wrap this last time. And don't even try going to the subway on 29th either. They're just as bad 👎.
