I do not normally write reviews but I feel like it is 100% necessary considering my last few visits. I will be posting this to yelp as well. I used to loveeeeee this place !!!! A couple years ago it was legit !! Staff was super nice nd extremely attentive. There were two bartenders I did not care for but you can not blame an entire business for a couple bad seeds … right ? WRONG !!!! I blame this business for employing people like the ones who work there currently. The male bartender was definitely on somethin the last time he served me. if you are expecting me to tip you try not to make it so obvious that you are under the influence !! SMH ! If it was just him I wouldn’t be writing this. However I came in a few weeks ago and watched as a STAFF MEMBER started a FIGHT with a customer !!!! I realize the haven is not a 5 star joint but to have your own employees starting fights ???Does no one at this establishment care ? I have no clue what they were fighting about but I DO know the customer tried laughing it off nd the employee kept screeching like a WILD BANSHEE !!!It was not even like the customer was doin anythin wrong … they was just sitting there when the pull tab gal started STRATE TRIPPIN !!! I gave it ONE last chance a couple days ago hoping diff people would be working but I ended up getting terrible service nd left without tipping … I will NEVER go back … 3 strikes you are out … BEWARE !!! I would NOT go here unless you like getting bad service from people...

Not very busy on a Saturday night 8pm. Sat down at the bar & was greeted by 2 different bartenders. As much as I love good service, it does get confusing having 2 people make your drinks & ask if you want food. They were both very friendly bartenders. The only issue really was the food. The cheesy garlic bread was honestly terrible. It looked good on other reviews, but once I pulled a piece of bread up, all the cheese stuck to the rest of the bread on the plate. It wasn’t even crispy, the marinara sauce was actually warmer than the bread itself & it lacked any garlic flavor. Would not go back, wouldn’t recommend. Drinks were ok but would not reorder, tasted more like juice/soda rather than an alcoholic beverage . My bf got the calzone & did not recommend it either but I did not...

Newer bartenders choose who they serve based on personal relationships. Quality of this place has gone extremely down hill the last few years. Bring back the old bartenders who were actually nice and did their jobs correctly. Myself and my friends have spent thousands of dollars at this place over the last few years but over the last year it has been a pit of drama, favoritism and blatant lack of respect towards customer base. This has been making it extremely uncomfortable for a large handful of people to even try to enjoy it anymore. Highly disappointed in management for having specific staff members still there after numerous occasions of issues occurring towards customers.

Do not recommend. Shamrock and hard luck have much better staff and much better food now. Go...
