Probably the worst drive-through I've ever been through I had To repeat my order a bunch of times for them to still get it Wrong it still bugs me I order to hot Lottie's milk one with sugar 1 without Every time I ask I get no sugar in my coffee I asked for a toasted muffin Chocolate chip extra butter By the time I get to work in realize that chocolate chip muffins not even warm no butter just a plain chocolate chip muffin bothers me I asked for a wake up wrap bacon and cheese only no egg every time adds the egg The only one that seems to get my order right is the Dunkin donuts at exit 29 I'm so sick Of whoever it is rushing everyone through the drive-through I can't wake up one morning Without them messing up my order no matter what I order absolutely horrible
People really should look at their orders from this place it's so annoying having to go to work realize it is all Messed Having to leave work to have them correct my order for them to tell me that's what I ordered clearly shows...
Read moreAll the staff are cool there except a morning manager, she’s heavyset short, African American/ Latino and she treats most customers in there myself included so rudely I will not spend money there anymore. I watched her play on her phone for several minutes and refuse to do anything while her staff were running around working like crazy to fill orders. When it was my turn to order she ignored me and I stood at the counter for ten minutes until I finally asked her if she was going to take my order and she said I quote “I don’t need to take your order it’s not mandatory, I can refuse service to anyone for any reason” to which I replied: “yes this is very true but considering the fact that you’ve neglected to take anyone’s order here I’m gonna assume you’re not serving anyone” and she proceeded to curse at me and another customer who stuck up for me and her other workers who were working tirelessly while she acted like an entitled child. Read moreJust went through the drive through asking for very little ice in my large mocha macchiato. I get to the window and see her fill the cup to the top with ice. I remind her I wanted very little ice so it doesn't get all watered down. She returned with the large macchiato with about an inch of it dumped out. I was too dumbfounded and angry to walk in. I went home and called the manage, not in. So I talked to the shift leader. Told her the above, also mentioned that I'm in the drive through almost every night and end up having to repeat the order or correct the order as its being read back to me. She, the shift leader, was VERY responsive and apologetic and agreed to make good on it on my next visit. That's good customer service. I hope she can whip her employees into shape.
