Dunkin' — Restaurant in Waterbury

I never, ever go to Dunkin, i have better respect for my health than yo eat fast food regularly. But was in a pinch on my way to work, and stopped for a fast breakfast sandwich. Ordered a sausage e&c on a bagel.. was asked if i wanted anything else, and responded no. Then she preceeded to upsell me on a drink,...nope all set, then an upsell attempt on a donut, again, nope im all set thanks.. she reiterated my oreder then i pulled up and paid. By the time i was already back on road i noticed it wasnt sausage, and too late to turn around. You had one job, one order, only person in line... so worried about upselling me multiple times after knowing my order was complete, that she screwed up the ONE and only thing I ordered. Way to go girl! 👏 Thank you for reminding me why i only support local, family owned business that pay attention to detail, and know my order before...

I went through the drive-through, Paid for my stuff and was told to go in the front to wait for my order. I did so shortly after someone came out with my food. I get home to realize they did not give me my whole order. I feel as though if they didn’t worry about pushing the clock , worrying about the time and perform proper customer service they would’ve gotten my order correctly sent out. So I went back glad I don’t live far to get the donut and there was a line at the drive thru. I get making your numbers but to forget a customers food , come on now! Very dry person at the drive thru, didn’t smile greet NOTHING just took my money and messed up my order. Didn’t even apologize when I did get to the window. Told me another person total , I said I wasn’t given my food, he then tossed me my missing item that was sitting openly on the...

It was during off-hours, so we should've expected the variety of readily available donut types to be shortlisted. The service was still above the standard and not mediocre by any means. For the first time in decades someone FINALLY made my coffee EXACTLY as I ordered--no need for extra in-hand additives. The young lady at the window was truly awesome, and provided the hospitality everyone should experience. It was had from the moment we arrived at the menu display and placed our order. And was more so received when we arrived at the window. Thank you!!!!
