My wife and I ate at Nardelli's almost every day back in the '00's. We worked right up the the street and Nardellis always filled us up with hearty food. The prosciutto grinders were stuffed so full we would buy one, pull out the meat and use it as cold cuts because it was cheaper than buying prosciutto at a deli. The turtle cheesecake is the best I've ever had. The caprese salad, the antipasto....and oh the chicken cutlets covered in marinara! So we were traveling through Connecticut recently and had to go out of our way for some Nardelli's. You guys have really lost a step. Nardelli's used to be gourmet, it used to be top shelf. It just goes to show you that the employees of the Waterberry Nardelli’s put themselves first before the customer....

As I was getting closer I realized I hadn’t eaten all day and I could feel my blood sugar starting to tank so these guys were the closest stop. The food was great but the thing that has made me now a loyal customer was that they could tell I was not doing great, they had me sit down and gave me something to hold me over until my order was done. That simple gesture might have taken an extra 30 seconds of their time but it made all the difference in the world! Heads up to all business owners, that’s the kind of behavior that will keep you in business and successful! Go...
