Taco Bell — Restaurant in Waterbury

Sent in a mobile order...no way to screw that up right???...no bad mic at drive thru, no language barrier, etc...yet somehow this place succeeded.

Normally I could understand if a place is hopping...things happen but no cars in the lot, only me and the person behind me in the drive through. I guess the chocolate donuts with sprinkles they were eating were more important than their customers orders. (YES...they were eating in plain sight of cjstomers coming throughthe drivethru.

Because it was a ghost town I didnt check the bag.....8 items orders...7 in the bag when we got home. 1 of the 7 wasn't anything we ordered...$32 order missing $6 worth of stuff....

Normally, I would never put a business on blast to all but when I call to have a conversation letting them know there was an issue and the phone rings and rings. ( must have had a magical schoolbus of customers that appeared out of nowhere ) then they simply pick it up and hang it up....this is the only way I can apparently contact them.

Feel bad for owner if this is a franchise based off of the reviews....

Buyer beware ....spend the extra gas and go to a different store in Waterbury...it will be worth the time, money, and effort. Clearly this store has a pattern of I don't give a sh*t based off my experience and many...

The cleanliness of the place was great, it's a new building, so it should be. The hospitality was mediocre at best. One girl there was nice, the guy that took my order lacked effort. It then took around 10-15 minutes sitting at the window to receive my food. The order was shouted out what it was like 3 times, so someone clearly messed up. I'm fairly certain the driver in front of me got my food since he turned away my drink and another bag, so it was in disarray at the drive thru to begin with. I then get home and I'm missing the taco that came with my meal, which was horrifying... the Baja Blast soda tasted like seltzer, and the quesadilla had one successful cut, so it was one giant piece and one smaller piece of basically flour. Since the bar is lowered because the neighboring BK is awful, I'd say it was a 2 of 5 star experience. Only thing that seemed right was the Cinnamon Twists and one friendly employee... other than that, I'll drive a few more seconds and go to one of the other options in the immediate area. I don't think I'd go back even if it was free given the...

Let me start by saying the staff was pleasant. My review is based on the food. The prices have gone way up and the quality is just not good. I don't go often, maybe twice within the year. I had gotten out of work and it was a long day with no break, figured I would stop and get some food as the restaurant is 2 min away. The wait was a good 5 min, I'm ok with that. Then I payed and had to wait another 5 or so min. That's fine too. Once I received the order and got home, I was so disappointed 😞 . I ordered a menu chicken bowl, no rice ,Extra beans. I don't think the actual amount of beans was added, there was definitely no extra. I payed $9 for about a 1/4cup of chicken and sauce. Barely any lettuce. I get the rice makes up most of the bowl, that is why I ordered and was fine paying extra for the beans. This is the second time this has happened.
